Hello friends and welcome.

Today we are going to be doing a cleansing breath.

This practice is designed to relieve the mind and body of any tension,

Fear,

Pain,

Dis-ease,

Really any discomfort that you may be experiencing.

This is a full energetic cleansing of the body,

The auric field,

Allowing our bodies to relax and unwind,

Coming back to center and full presence.

We will be utilizing visualization and deep breathing,

Breathing in through the nose,

And we will be visualizing bringing in a beautiful golden light that is coming in and filling every inch,

Every cell of your body,

Filling all the way up.

And then on the exhale we will visualize a cloud of dark purple smoke that is encompassing the denseness,

The tension,

The anxiety,

Whatever no longer serves,

And allowing it to be held up in that cloud of dark purple smoke and released as you exhale.

So on repeat this is going to bring our body back into that parasympathetic state,

The state of rest and digest.

And I will be guiding you this whole time and once you feel that all of the purple smoke has been removed then we will continue to bring in the golden light and then we'll be releasing that as well.

So let's start with a few foundational breaths in through the nose,

Breathing deep down into the belly,

Filling up all the way,

Holding briefly at the top,

And release and feel the heat come through on the exhale,

Or you may use an audible sigh to stimulate the vagus nerve.

Let's do a couple more of these together.

Together all the way in,

Holding for a moment,

Letting it all out.

Last one,

Breathing in,

Holding briefly at the top,

And release.

Now continue breathing in and out,

Letting go,

Let go of any frustration,

Any worries that may be crossing your mind right now,

Any pesky thoughts.

I invite you to remind yourself that you always remember the important things.

So I invite you to put your mind to rest as you breathe in,

Shifting your focus to any dis-ease or discomfort that you may feel in your body,

Any tension,

As you breathe out,

Letting go.

Now,

With the next deep breath in,

I invite you to visualize the golden light,

Allowing it to just fill you completely all the way,

Not just into your belly and your chest,

But into every cell of your being.

Visualize it swirling through your body,

Bringing healing and relaxation along with it.

Breathing this in,

This beautiful,

Pure light,

Love and encouragement.

Allow it to envelop you,

Allow it to fill you.

Allow it to envelop you like a warm blanket,

Feeling the warmth of this light,

Encouraging you,

Allowing this light to just take you in deeply.

Nice and deep,

Belly,

Chest,

Head,

Holding for a moment at the top.

Allowing the light to grow and expand and breathing out fully,

Letting it go.

Let it fade away,

Whisper away with the wind.

Continuing to see this golden light on the inhale,

This pure love and healing energy.

And if as you breathe,

You notice that your mind starts to wander,

That's okay.

If you notice your thoughts drifting away,

I invite you to gently bring your attention back to the sound of your breath.

Witnessing it as it flows in and out,

Fully engaged with the inhale and the exhale.

Breathing it in and holding it at the top,

Visualizing and allowing this golden energy,

This beautiful,

Loving light to heal the body,

Letting it all out.

Bringing in another cleansing,

Pure golden breath and allow it to move from your head to your neck,

To your chest and arms,

Down to your fingers,

Down to your belly and your hips,

Your legs,

All the way down to the tips of your toes.

Clearing,

Healing any tense energy that you may have in the body.

Just breathing this on the inhale,

The beautiful golden light,

Allowing it to clear and cleanse and heal any area that desires that love and attention.

And now I invite you on the exhale to imagine any energy that is being broken up by this golden light,

Any energy that no longer serves you,

Any energy that you would like to lovingly let go of.

I invite you to imagine it releasing the body with a dark purple cloud of smoke.

Visualize it coming out of a reservoir as if your body has a cauldron or a honeypot or a kangaroo pouch where all of this has accumulated and just allowing it to release.

So as you are inhaling the golden light,

Illuminating and warming what is on the inside.

And then on the exhale,

Releasing any tension in this cloud of dark purple smoke.

Releasing any haze of confusion or stress,

Any mishaps of the day,

Of the week.

Just release.

Letting go of any frustration or anger or bitterness.

Releasing them with love.

Letting go of any anxiety or fear or intrusive thoughts that may come up.

Just witnessing them and allowing them to be released with the breath.

Breathing in this golden healing light.

Letting go with this dark purple cloud of energy.

Letting it leave the body and just disappear into the air to be transmuted once again into something new.

Fully inhaling deep in through the nose,

Breathing in that beautiful healing energetic light.

And releasing the dark purple cloud of smoke.

Letting go of all of the energy that no longer serves.

Continuing to breathe here.

Finding gratitude for this time and space.

To bring in and invite this golden light of healing to flow through your body.

And to release the energies that no longer serve.

Cleansing the body.

Cleansing your essence.

Cleansing the soul.

If any anger or frustration or harsh energy comes up,

I invite you to just let it go with the breath.

With this dark cloud,

Exhale.

Letting go of any energy that you no longer need.

Allowing it to lovingly leave your body with the breath.

Continuing to breathe,

Visualizing the bright light and the dark cloud of energy leaving the body.

Now the body is cleansed and purified with your intention and your attention and your action.

And on the next exhale,

I invite you to see the beautiful golden light.

So inhaling the beautiful golden light into the belly and exhaling that same golden light,

Becoming a cycle of beautiful healing energy through the body.

Cleansed of any energy that no longer serves.

This is pure light in and out.

Inhaling the golden light.

Exhaling the golden light,

Allowing it to surround you,

To fill the room around you.

Inhaling and exhaling.

And I now invite you to imagine something that you are truly grateful for.

Maybe it's a pet.

Maybe it's a tree,

A friend,

A loved one.

Maybe it's a scene in your journey of life,

Your creative endeavor.

Whatever it is,

I invite you to allow it to be in your consciousness and feel it with all your heart,

With all your senses.

And use this beautiful energy that is cycling through you to feel this gratitude feel into this beautiful reminder that you have so much to be grateful for you.

Your arms and your legs and your mind and your heart.

Whatever it is that you feel most grateful for that you see in your mind's eye right now.

I invite you to take a deep breath in of this gratitude.

Breathing it in and holding at the top.

And breathing it out.

Breathing it in.

And breathing it out.

And breathing it out.

Enjoying this feeling of peace and gratitude and appreciation and love.

And I invite you to take a moment to express gratitude for yourself.

For your ability to engage in this practice.

To show appreciation for the power of your own breath and the healing energy it brings to your body and your mind.

I invite you to focus on this experience of your cleansed body,

Your cleansed sense of being.

Bring your awareness back into the room.
