In this moment,
All my needs are met.
In this moment,
I am okay.
In this moment,
I am safe.
I invite you to take a deep breath in through your nose and opening your mouth,
Sigh it out.
Go ahead and do that a few times until you naturally feel the body settle.
What's amazing is you come equipped with an energetic toolbox.
And this energetic toolbox can be pulled out at any time.
And the greatest tool in this toolbox is that of your breath.
So we'll do a little breath work practice here.
And I invite you to breathe with your belly and your heart.
We're really gonna focus on the exhales today.
So let's go ahead and breathe nice and deep into the nose.
And give a little pause at the top,
Suspend the breath,
And then open your mouth and exhale,
Hovering at the bottom of the breath.
Let's go ahead and inhale for four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Pause.
Exhale,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Pause.
Inhale for three,
Two,
One,
Pause.
Exhale,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Pause.
Inhale through the nose,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Pause.
Exhale out the mouth,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Good.
Continue on your own,
Inhaling for four,
Pausing when you get to the top,
And then exhaling for four.
And as you continue to breathe,
We're gonna add in a hold for four seconds as well.
So when you're ready for your next inhale,
Let's inhale for three,
Two,
One,
And pause.
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Open the mouth,
Exhale for three,
Two,
One.
Beautiful,
Keep going with that.
And if it feels okay,
We're gonna hold the breath a little longer and exhale a little longer.
So whenever you're ready for this extension of breath here,
We're gonna inhale for four,
Three,
Two,
Filling up to the belly,
The heart,
One,
And then hold the breath,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Open the mouth,
Exhale slowly,
Eight,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Maybe you pull the belly in,
And one,
Pause.
Let's inhale,
Four,
Three,
Nice and deep,
Two,
One,
Hold the breath gently,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Exhale slowly,
Eight,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Pause,
And go ahead again,
Inhaling for four,
Holding for seven,
And exhaling for eight.
Exhaling in measured little pieces at a time,
You can even pull the belly into the spine on the exhale.
And I'm gonna move into some silence to give you a nice,
Beautiful,
Full minute of this breathing,
Which really helps regulate the nervous system and moves us into a restful,
Easeful state.
Beautiful work,
My love,
Allowing your intention behind the breath to soften,
Letting the breath return to its natural,
Spontaneous flow.
You may find that your energy has shifted with that breath work,
Perhaps not,
All of it is perfect,
All of it is welcomed.
I'm just using this opportunity to check in.
We're gonna go on a little journey here.
So using your physical eyes,
Roll your eyes back as far as they will go in your head until you can imagine them dropping down to your heart,
As if your consciousness is sitting behind the front of your heart,
As if this room that you are in is the spacious cavern,
The spacious well of your heart,
The seat of your soul.
And we're going to travel to your inner sanctuary,
Which is a space that exists within you of peace and calm and relaxation.
Working with the imagination means that whatever internal process you're experiencing is perfect.
And you can't do imagination wrong.
So for you,
Your imagination may be visual.
It may be more sensory and energetic.
Maybe it's more mental.
So perhaps you want to imagine being on a beach and you remember and know what a beach looks like.
So just thinking about that.
And we'll do our best today not to judge our imagination as if sometimes we say,
It didn't work,
I didn't see anything.
What if you trust all information you get today as sacred,
As supportive?
So imagine a magic carpet and stepping onto this magic carpet and taking your seat.
As this magic carpet gently begins to move up through the ceiling,
It is spacious and sturdy and safe for you to travel with.
And imagine this magic carpet flying you to your favorite place.
And this favorite place could be somewhere in nature that you've visited or have always dreamed to visit.
It might even be something otherworldly like sitting beneath the tree of souls in the movie Avatar.
It might be traveling to a particular room that feels nurturing and calming to you.
Maybe it's indoors.
So just allowing this magic carpet to travel and bring you to that favorite place.
And the magic carpet lands gently and you step off and sensing the energy that exists here.
Feeling and welcoming in the essence of ease,
Calm,
Maybe even bliss.
And I want to remind you that you are the architect,
The alchemist of your life.
And so if you're indoors,
You get to paint the walls whatever color or maybe put up some wallpaper,
Light some candles and incense.
If you're outside in nature,
You get to design the flora and the fauna,
Any animals that may be present with you that feel supportive,
Cozy.
If there's someone or something that creates a feeling of support,
Maybe they are here with you.
Maybe you're being held by mother earth,
Feeling her loving embrace.
Go ahead and design this inner sanctuary using your imagination.
Welcome all of your psychic senses into designing this space.
And most importantly,
Feeling the energy that exists here.
And a loving reminder from your spirit guides,
Your highest self that you are always loved,
Protected and held.
And imagining yourself now lying down on the earth,
Placing the back of your heart against the earth.
And any thoughts or troublesome worries just melt out of the mind,
Down into the earth like honey.
Imagine this healing frequency traveling up from the earth,
From the center of her core,
Up through the magma,
The crystals,
The dense elements of the earth,
Up and up through the sediment and the clay and the rocks and the soil,
Up through the grass to meet you where you lay.
And this healing energy just washes through your whole body.
I wonder if you can feel that wave of peace just wash through your whole body.
Your whole body,
The whole body,
The whole body.
Your guides want you to remember that this feeling of peace,
Of ease and of love exists within you.
That this all came from you.
And at any time beyond this meditation,
You can create this energy from within.
So using your physical body,
Go ahead and take your index finger and your middle fingers on both hands and just start to tap the sides of your temples.
And as you tap,
Whether you want to say this in your own mind or state it out loud,
Go ahead and repeat these phrases.
I am the alchemist of my life.
I decide how I feel.
I am protected.
I am loved.
Good.
Moving the fingertips down to your collarbones and you'll trace across the collarbones,
Across the front of your heart as you state these affirmations.
I am the alchemist of my life.
I decide how I feel.
I am protected.
I am loved.
I am the alchemist of my life.
I decide how I feel.
I am always protected.
I am loved.
And relaxing your arms down by your sides.
I'm once again going to move into a period of silence so that you can just drift and spend some time here in this inner sanctuary,
This reservoir of peace that exists within you.
And I'll check back in in a few moments.
Enjoy your rest.
My love,
You've done such great work here today.
It is your birthright to feel this level of relaxation,
To travel to your inner sanctuary.
And may you know that this reservoir of ease exists within you at all times.
And anytime you want to travel back here,
Imagine getting on that magic carpet,
Gently landing and being enveloped in this feeling of bliss.
You can always come back to that 4-7-8 breath count.
You are equipped with an energetic toolbox.
It has been a pleasure meditating with you today.
And perhaps this practice can be added into your consistent routine.
Doing this practice every day for seven days has great benefits.
And if that resonates with you,
Then I invite you to come back to this practice to continue creating a relationship with your inner sanctuary.
My name is Carlina La Curandera,
And it has been a pleasure.
Enjoy your day,
Sweet soul.
