Focusing breathwork practice.
This is the perfect practice if you just need five minutes to bring yourself a little lift,
A little bit of fire and a little bit of clarity.
Wherever you are joining me from,
It is a joy to be practicing with you.
Let's grab a space,
Grab yourself a seat and let's do it.
Find yourself a comfortable seat,
Spine straight and shoulders relaxed.
Let your belly soften and through your nose take a deep breath in,
In.
Sigh out through the mouth,
Breathe in,
Fill the belly,
Fill the heart.
Sigh out,
Let it go.
Let's do two more.
Breathe in,
Fill the body.
Let it go,
Let it clear.
One more,
Belly,
Chest,
Fill up.
Exhale,
Let it all go.
In through the nose,
In.
Two,
Three,
Four,
Hold your breath.
Three,
Four,
Slowly exhale.
Two,
Three,
Four,
Hold at the bottom.
Let's take that twice more.
Breathe in,
Hold,
Pause.
Two,
One,
Breathe out.
Hold at the bottom for four.
We're going to slow this down,
Breathe in.

Relax the body.

Slowly let it go.

Deep breath in,

Let it go.
Notice any little shifts,
Same again,
But a little faster.
It's like this,

If this is too fast,
You slow it down.
But in,

Out,
Belly,
Chest,
Let it go.
Four,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Doing really well,
Keep coming.
Four,
Three,
Two,
And breathe in.
Pause at the top,
Hold,
Hold the breath you are receiving.
Receiving breath,
Receiving life.
For three,
Two,
Take a final deep breath in.
Filling as much of your body as you can with breath,
Light,
Life.
Hold it,
Centre it,
Feel it.
Feel your life,
Feel your strength.
And then let it all take a few moments to come back to your natural flow of breath.
Let it land,
Let it be deep,
Let it be full.
Use your last couple of rounds we have together to maybe set yourself in tension.
When you open your eyes,

How do you want to land in your space with other people where it is you're about to go?
Is there anything that you would like to choose to leave behind?
Anything that you would like to have faith and bring in?
