Welcome to Somatic Tapping for Emotional Clarity,
A gentle way to reset your nervous system and return to emotional clarity in just a few minutes.
In this short practice,
We'll be using a method called Tapping,
Also known as EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique.
Tapping involves gently stimulating acupressure points while focusing on supportive statements.
This process can help calm the body,
Regulate emotions,
And rewire patterns of stress.
I'll guide you where to tap as we go,
So let's begin.
We're going to start by gently tapping on the side of your hand,
Also known as the karate chop point,
And we're going to repeat the following statement.
You can say it silently or out loud,
And we're going to do it three times.
Here's the statement.
Ready?
Even though I've been holding on to tension,
I choose to come back to my center.
Even though I've been holding on to tension,

One more time.
Even though I've been holding on to tension,
I choose to come back to my center.
Now let's tap through the points,
Starting at our eyebrow,
Right where your eyebrow starts.
Gently tap and repeat after me.
I am safe right now.
I am safe right now.
Now gently tapping on the side of your eye,
I can change my brain.
I can change my brain.
Now gently tap under the eye.
I am enough.
I am enough.
Now gently tap under the nose in that divot between your nose and your lips.

Now gently tapping on the divot under your mouth,
Right on your chin.

Now finding that soft spot just under your collarbone and tap there.

And now moving to under the arm,
Four inches under the armpit,
Right on the side of the body.
Today is a new opportunity.

And finally the top of the head gently tapping.

I trust myself to come back into balance.

Hold it at the top and gently release.
