Welcome to this guided meditation designed for couples to create heart-mind coherence and deepen your connection.

This practice combines the calming techniques of Yoga Nidra with a heart-mind coherence focus,

Supported by the healing frequencies of 528 Hz,

Also known as the love frequency,

And the 3 Hz delta waves to promote a deep,

Restful sleep.

Let's start by setting a joint intention for this meditation,

Focusing on mutual harmony,

Love,

And connection.

Feel free to hold hands or place a hand on each other's heart as you set this mutual intention together.

Settle into a comfortable lying position on your backs,

Close enough to touch if you wish.

Ensure you are warm and comfortable,

Using blankets and pillows if needed.

Close your eyes and take a moment to relax.

Let the soothing sounds of esophageal frequencies begin to calm your mind and body.

Starting at your toes,

Bring your awareness to each part of your body,

Or appreciation for your partner.

Allow these positive feelings to fill your heart.

Mentally share these feelings with your partner.

Visualizing a connection of light and warmth between your hearts.

Feel the bond between you strengthening.

Imagine a peaceful,

Harmonious space that you both enjoy.

Visualize yourselves in this space,

Interacting with love and appreciation.

See your hearts connecting,

Sharing light and energy,

Creating a unified field of coherence and harmony.

Feel the deep sense of connection and unity.

Now repeat the following affirmations in your mind,

Focusing on both individual and mutual coherence and value.
