
Body Scan: Gentle, Spacious & Grounding
A gentle, grounding body scan with space to explore and reconnect with your body. This practice begins unhurriedly, giving you time to settle in and land. You can be in any shape you like. You’ll be met with invitational language, guiding you to explore sensations in a way that feels safe, curious, and entirely your own. There is no right or wrong. Before the “scan”, we’ll spend some time with body awareness - observing how you are arriving, where your habitual places of tension may be, and the many varied forms that sensations can take. From there, we’ll move slowly with and through the body, resting in moments of quiet and allowing space for your own discoveries to emerge. Towards the end, there are a few minutes of silence without my voice - and I’ll let you know when that’s coming. I hope you'll finish this practice feeling nourished, grounded, and more at home in yourself. Thank you for choosing to spend this time resting in and with yourself.
