Anzahata Yoga

Anz is a dedicated yoga and meditation teacher, bodyworker, and sound therapist with over seven years of experience supporting others on their journey toward holistic wellbeing. Her approach is rooted in yoga and Buddhist philosophy, offering practices that nurture both physical and mental health. In recent years, Anz has deepened her work through training in Sound Therapy with teachers in the UK and Nepal—an evolution that resonates with her lifelong connection to music and mindfulness. Having played instruments since childhood, she brings a heartfelt understanding of sound as a therapeutic modality. She also weaves nature-based practices into her work, drawing inspiration from the Celtic heritage of the lands she calls home. Through this connection, Anz invites a deeper relationship with the natural world as a source of healing, remembrance, and rootedness. Currently training with the British Academy of Sound Therapy in Holistic Voice Therapy, Anz continues to explore new ways to integrate therapeutic sound and voice into her work. Her offerings invite a return to inner balance through presence, embodiment, nature, and sound.
