Hi,
Beautiful soul.
Welcome to this guided meditation for self-love.
Find a comfortable seated position,
And when you are settled in,
Inhale fully and reach your arms up towards the ceiling.
Exhale,
Allow your palms to come down and gently touch at heart center.
And take a moment to thank yourself for carving out this time in your day to cultivate more self-love and compassion.
To deepen your connection with yourself,
Gently place one hand over the center of your chest and the other over your belly.
This will allow you to connect easily with the rhythm of your heartbeats and the rhythm of your breathing.
Feel the warmth of your hands anchoring you into this present moment.
My name is Nell and I will be your guide on this journey of self-love.
Begin to tune into the quality of your breath.
Is it deep?
Is it shallow?
Is it somewhere in between?
Fully immerse yourself in how it feels to breathe,
Acknowledging that it is something that you are able to control at times,
But it is also a happening.
You don't even have to be aware of it and life force flows through you,
Energizing every part of your being.
Fully acknowledge the life force flowing through you.
Inhale deeply into your belly,
Exhale slowly,
Watching the air flow through your chest,
Releasing any tension or heaviness on its way out.
As you breathe,
Recognize that each breath is a gift.
It's a reminder of your inherent worthiness.
Your breath is a constant source of divine love,
Always available to bring you back to the present moment.
As we continue on this journey of self-love,
Let's embrace a new mantra that will guide us through any distractions.
Repeat in your mind or out loud,
I am deserving of the time I spend on nurturing myself.
I am deserving of the time that I spend on nurturing myself.
Your mind may begin to tell you that there are other things that need to be done right now,
But I believe at my core that deepening your connection with yourself is the most important thing that you can do because the depth of which you love yourself strengthens every aspect of your life.
So as I have mentioned throughout this meditation,
Thoughts may arise.
Please know that is okay.
Remember it's okay to notice the thoughts without judgment.
Now that you're anchored in the awareness of your breath,
Let's take a moment to visualize a radiant white light in the center of your chest,
Your heart space.
This light represents the pure essence of love and compassion that resides within you as you breathe fully in and out.
Imagine that this white light expands with each inhale,
Filling your entire heart space with love and radiant light.
Allow it to grow brighter and more luminous with each breath.
Feel the warmth radiating from this light,
Gently melting away any tension and doubts or limiting beliefs that might be residing in your heart.
As the light expands,
It bathes every corner of your heart space,
Dissolving any lingering feelings of unworthiness or self-criticism.
Let the light wash over you,
Cleansing your heart,
Releasing any burdens that no longer serve you.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
Visualize the light expanding beyond your heart space,
Surrounding your entire being.
You are now surrounded and enveloped in this radiant,
Glowing,
Healing light.
I invite you to repeat these affirmations.
I love and accept myself unconditionally.
I am deserving of love,
Kindness,
And compassion from myself.
I honor the unique and beautiful soul that I am.

Guiding your awareness back towards your breath and if you're ready,
Bring your hands to heart center.
Gently open your eyes and I have a candle here to take a moment to set an intention how you show yourself more love and care in your daily life.
It could be through self-care practices,
Setting healthy boundaries,
Or speaking kindly to yourself.

You get something great out of this one every time you do it. Been feeling really run down emotionally because of crazy people spreading rumors about me. And you have definitely aided me Nel in calming down and re astabilshing connection to source. Getting out of my way. . Helped me to noticing the inner work that I have done and acknowledging it, that I am trying to help others regularly. That's what I have done for family and friends. I pray that women can stop falling for hypocritical men. The real predators are with you, manipulating you to see them not as they are. I keep hearing women falling for men that are on meth. Or men that are so narcissist that they slander your name, when you make them aware of an issue you still have with them. What a sick thing to do AJ you need help. I think native Americans usually use tactics like these to manipulate things to their favor and get all the woman of Taos. Hahaha you're problem not mine lol.. . fake alpha male shit . I pray for weak hearted and the meek. Fake as humans will get their karma 10 fold. I know I have at least tried to leave a smaller footprint physically riding bikes and doing the inner work, and treading more lightly. I pray that more people could be more connected to themselves, so we can deepen love and understanding in our world. I'm praying for you broken, sad, confused and judgemental world. Judgement is like drinking poison expecting the other person to die. Focus on yourselves. It will be alright! Thanks for all the kindness and love you are putting into this world. I am glad you exist and I hope that you are well and elated and eager. I hope to inspire more people in this world, like you do and I know now that it all starts with you. And your love. I always give energy to my focus on that inner knowing and love.

Thank you for that beautiful meditation Nelle. As a facilitator, Iβve been giving a LOT of love and care to others, but have been missing receiving that from myself in the past months, treating myself like a machine and overextending myself. In my upbringing in Australia, loving yourself as always seen as something bad so it's hard to get out of this mindset but I'm trying. I have a lot of love to give and slowly I'm learning to give some of it to myself. My intention is to speak kindly to myself.. things like I am deserving. I am powerful. I am amazing!
