Revitalize your mornings.
Sleep well,
Awake,
Refreshed and revitalized.
Introduction.
One's sense of well-being,
Clarity,
Inspiration,
Joy,
Creativity,
Balance,
Purpose or connection in the mornings will be enhanced when there is a broader approach.
One of evenings and mornings realized as one of interconnected,
Inseparable,
Conscious experiencing.
There is such an emphasis on how people feel in the mornings,
So we need to stand back and look at the bigger picture.
To adopt an overall holistic approach,
One that will bring enhanced balance,
Joy,
Well-being,
Not only to one's evenings,
With the flow on from that benefiting now one's mornings as well.
So to do this we need foremost to establish a regular meditation practice,
Both in the evenings and mornings.
This ensures a seamless presence of conscious clarity and awareness.
In the evenings.
To have a good night of deep sleep,
Prepare.
Meditate before bed.
Remain hydrated.
Avoid alcohol,
Caffeine and electronic devices several hours before going to bed.
Avoid eating heavy meals in the evenings.
Allow at least two hours for digestion before meditating.
Set aside time to read inspiring books and to listen to uplifting music,
Instead of watching Netflix or similar.
Shower before going to bed.
Before meditating.
And do not meditate in bed.
Endeavor not to go to bed feeling angry,
Upset,
Worried or unhappy.
If you do,
You'll possibly have a very light and disturbed evening.
Vibrational frequencies are very effective in calming the body and mind in times of stress,
Anxiety,
Tiredness or uncertainty.
Invest in a quality hand-beaten Nepali singing bowl and sound this before bed as part of your evening meditation practice.
You can also invest in a 528 hertz tuning fork and place that on your sternum after activating and do this just before going to bed.
Tuning forks and singing bowls are deeply relaxing,
Calming and transformative.
They are realigning,
Revitalising and rebalancing the body's nervous system and energy centres.
Quality sleep is very important to the body and mind,
For this is when the body heals and rejuvenates.
One needs to prepare for this in order to clear the incessant fog of the mind chatter,
For both a good night's sleep and for awakening in the mornings feeling refreshed and revitalised.
As a certified vibrational therapist,
A monk and meditative musician,
What I am suggesting will definitely benefit you in many subtle ways on so many levels.
Exercise regularly.
Yoga is wonderful for this as it supports your meditations,
Your flexibility of supportive energy throughout all of the primary energy centres and your nervous system,
Developing and enhancing one's sense of calm,
Peace and well-being.
Eat light,
Fresh foods as much as possible.
Juice cleanses are a wonderful way to clear and refreshen the body.
Cook your own meals.
Cooking is both creative and centring,
And can be a dedicated meditation in itself.
Avoid microwave meals,
Energetically they are damaging to the body,
And keep clear of fatty,
Oily fast foods.
Sleep with plenty of fresh air.
Endeavour not to sleep with your mobile phone next to the bed,
That energy is not supportive for deep sleep.
The blue light emitted from devices suppresses melatonin production,
And keeps you in fact in the day mode,
Not in the sleep state.
Melatonin is the hormone that helps regulate the sleep-wake cycle.
Avoid a heavy workout before going to bed,
This should be done earlier in the evening.
Have a Himalayan salt lamp in your room,
These lamps give off negative ions,
Which are very supportive for deep sleep.
In your room or your home,
Have as much soft yellow lighting in your bedroom as possible,
40 hertz to 400,
4000 luxes is the frequency that supports neuromodulation.
Or have dimmer switches in your bedroom lighting,
The softer more yellow the light,
The more relaxed one becomes,
So relaxation and fall asleep happen much much faster.
In the mornings,
Again yoga supports energising and centring the body's energy fields,
So start your day feeling calm,
Centred and focused.
Eat light,
Fresh breakfast,
Fruit,
Cereals.
Avoid fried foods or heavy meats or leftovers.
Develop a lifestyle of quantity or true meaning,
One that supports and enhances all levels of one's being.
Avoid the fast,
Objective and convenient,
Self-focused or attention-seeking.
Listen to your own developing inner voice,
Your own heart intuition,
And do not compare yourself to others.
There is no magical formula,
One needs to be diligent,
Apply all principles patiently and holistically,
With your best intentions,
Living sensibly and humbly,
With care and respect for your body and mind,
Both evenings and mornings.
Real balance,
Joy,
Ease and fulfilment is found in coming home to oneself,
In nurturing and caring,
Clearing the energetic fog by stepping into the full presence of one's dynamic being.
Avoid laziness if happiness,
Fulfilment,
Connection and joy are your inspirations.
These simple steps will enhance both your evenings as a preparation for your mornings and the day that then unfolds.
These recommendations will bring great benefits,
One where you are not relying solely on your mornings to bring a presence of calmness,
Ease,
Flow,
Clarity or vitality,
But one of an integrated approach where evenings and mornings support each other,
Each benefiting,
Each contributing to one's overall wellbeing,
Happiness,
Creativity,
Connection and so much more.
