Live Meditation Recording No. 10

This is a recording of the opening meditation from Live Events series in February 2026. This spacious track accompanies previously published Live Event recordings Nos 1-9. Once again, the meditator is led to the abiding Heart of Awareness-Presence, the spacious-freedom of the unmoving background to all perceiving and points of view.

As we increasingly move away from the focus of an identity and the physical mind through the pointings of these meditations, we open ourselves to the formless nature of our inherent calm presence, one's inseparable and timeless awareness. Each meditation has a slightly different pointing, each bringing a recognition of the stillness - silence of the boundless nature of Being.
