This series of spoken affirmations continues the journey into deeper awareness, as we distinguish that which liberates from that which limits or binds. With supportive background music, the listener is taken on a self-recognition awakening, into the widening reality of the Truth of one's Being, inseparable awareness. These affirmations are an addition to the existing series of affirmations, to date No 1-6. There is no effort required here, simply relax and remain open without expectation or attachment, for these Truths take the listener to a field of recognition beyond all personal identifications, to an inner-freedom recognized when the listener is not the 'person' identity, more the open Heart of stillness and presence.

Affirmations of the natural mind,

Number seven.

We are unique temporary expressions,

Manifestations of awareness in the human form,

Each called to recognize the truth of one's being,

Inseparable awareness.

The less we need to know,

The greater is one's capacity to recognize the unknowable.

Life needs to be a balance,

Being and doing,

A balance of clear purpose for the benefit of all.

As long as we continue to seek as a seeker,

We are empowering that which we are striving to free ourselves from,

The finite identity of one seeking.

Virtually everything that we perceive,

Experience or sense is through the veils of the physical conditioned mind,

Therefore virtually all perceptions are limited by that conditioning.

One's natural ease of abiding being is a quiet grounded presence,

Alive,

Still,

Whole,

Free and aware,

Embodying a quiet,

Unconditional,

All-pervading stillness.

When we stop projecting,

We relax,

And in that quiet presence of awareness,

One is still,

Open and aware.

If you stir the mind through an attraction to thoughts,

Then one is more focused on doing,

On paying attention,

Rather than the quiet presence of one's abiding being.

There is nothing before the truth.

Everything that then arises is after the recognition of that one truth.

One is not that looking out,

But the infinite awareness in which all appears as a temporary experience.

Consciousness without content is the presence of one's eternal being.

All is a play on the surface of inseparable awareness.

Nothing gained,

Nothing lost,

Nothing touched.

One is not a person who is conscious.

One is consciousness appearing as a finite person,

And this one is impersonal.

Awareness is not something that is owned or possessed.

It is before the thought of anything.

Awareness is not a state of believing that is limited by one's perceiving.

One is not contained within a body looking out.

One is the unborn presence of inseparable awareness,

In which thoughts of such things and a body appears.

One cannot claim ownership of a body,

Mind,

Objects or thoughts,

For that which has such thoughts does not exist.

It is an illusion.

There is no you from one day to the next that appears the same.

Don't look for the one,

For all is impersonal and unattainable.

Surrender to the life being lived through you.

One is already present and aware before a you exists.

One is the unborn presence that witnesses a body,

Mind,

Identity.

One cannot purify their awareness,

Raise their vibration,

Or deepen their practice,

For all this assumes that one is reaching for that which is not present.

There lies the dual belief of doing and cause and effect,

Where in fact all is boundlessly free,

Whole,

Complete and effortlessly fulfilled.

One is temporarily distracted by the belief of being a wave,

When in fact one is the truth of the boundless ocean.

Awareness has no location.

It is not in space.

It is not in time.

It is the dimensionless field in which all perceiving and points of view appear and disappear.

The one who wants to wake up.

The one who calls themselves a seeker.

The one who wishes to be enlightened.

The one who wants to be more spiritual.

All are the limited ego,

Separate self.

That which is all has no interest in personal narratives,

Like the ocean has no interest in the ripples on the surface of the waves.

Do not be looking for an answer,

For the answer will not be of mind.

It will be that which impersonally arises as a truth.

The entire play of consciousness is unfolding within one's unique individual awareness.

Nothing has ever been perceived outside of one's awareness presence.

One is the consciousness of seeing,

Meaning one has never actually seen an object,

For nothing actually exists.

All is an appearance.

All is a reflection of awareness.

One is the awareness presence in which everything appears and disappears.

Problems arise when one identifies with the characters in the play of life,

Rather than the unmoving screen upon which all appears.
