This series of spoken affirmations continues the journey into deeper awareness, as we distinguish that which liberates from that which limits or binds. With supportive background music, the listener is taken on a self-recognition awakening, into the widening reality of the Truth of one's Being, inseparable awareness. These affirmations are an addition to the existing series of affirmations, to date Parts 1-4. There is no effort required here, simply relax and remain open without expectation or attachment, for these Truths take the listener to a field of recognition beyond all personal identifications, to an inner-freedom recognized when the listener is not the 'person'.

Affirmations of the Natural Mind Part 5 In reality,

There is nothing other than one's true self,

One's abiding,

Imperturbable awareness.

What we look for outwardly in terms of happiness or satisfaction is an illusion,

For anything that is sought after or gained requires effort and is within finite reality.

True satisfaction is recognized effortlessly and unconditionally.

There is no outer or no other,

For one cannot be separated from the infinite,

Formless,

Boundless,

Or spacious.

Lasting empathy cannot be gained,

Taught,

Or developed.

It is the natural,

Arising presence of one's abiding being.

We are not the content of our experiencing.

We are that which is the observer of each experience,

That of inseparable awareness,

One's abiding awareness.

We are not the characters in the play of life.

We,

Formless being,

Are the awareness presence of the unmovable screen upon which the play is being portrayed.

We have never gone or come,

As one formlessly is whole and eternally present as now.

If one identifies themselves through their thoughts,

Perceptions,

Or experiences,

Then one is the character in the play,

Not the unmoving background screen.

As the illusion of a separate identity,

One is separate from infinite being,

And there lies the suffering and imbalance.

One's mental state is mostly experienced as that of being a separate individual.

There lies one's egoic identity.

And here lie the attachments,

Narratives,

Frustrations,

Confusions,

Cravings,

Desires,

Traumas,

And wants.

The pull of memories and experiences anchors us as the illusion of being a finite person,

Bound by time and space,

Cause and effect,

Birth and death.

One's truth is the recognition of the timeless freedom of one's natural state of formless being.

The body we call me is simply an appearance of formless awareness,

Having a finite experience.

There is no locality or physical experience in the infinite field of one's pure being.

Here is not a place or location.

It is dimensionless,

For there are no locations in the infinite.

If there were,

We would not have an infinite.

All there is,

All we are is formless,

Timeless awareness.

Ego is an illusion of thoughts arising from a belief of being an apparent separate self.

What is behind ego's thoughts is one's abiding truth,

The grounding presence of one's inseparable awareness,

Pure being.

We do not have a life.

We are life,

Formless and unborn.

There is a presence of eternal joy that is all-embracing,

Boundless and undisturbable.

This presence is the truth of one's essential nature.

Drop all sense of dimensions,

Form and identity.

These are only labels and concepts.

We gravitate between the fog of the human mind and the abiding joy and spaciousness of the natural mind.

Labels do not define us.

They limit us by the very nature of mind's separateness.

We must embrace the simplest things also,

Those unnoticed or ignored in everyday living.

For without them,

Where would the heart of contentment,

Happiness,

Joy and compassion be?

If we continue to believe that there are people,

We will continue to believe that they are separate to us,

At a distance from us,

And there lies the feeling of loneliness.

The body-mind belief is singularly the greatest divisive illusion,

For it reinforces the false belief of birth and death,

Time and space,

Cause and effect,

And subject and object.

The concept of time is linear.

The recognition of one's true self is timelessly free.

One is the breath of timeless being.

One is whole and complete as is,

As there is no one to become.

There is no need to know,

For to think so points to a belief that one is not whole,

Imperfect.

Every idea that you have had of yourself has been based on the illusion of a supposed separate identity.

There are no things that exist in the formless presence of one's unborn awareness.

One is that that is not there,

Only here now.

We already are who we are.

There is no need for effort,

No need to search.

All we need do is to come home to our non-identity self.

It's your identity belief that is causing the grief.

Remember the I that can feel pain,

Jealousy,

Frustration or fear remains the illusion of being a separate individual,

The separate self.

We need to keep justifying ourselves to feel secure.

The very nature of an unconscious mind is the desire for content and variety.

Let go,

Surrender all of an apparent you to the emptiness unseen and unachievable.

What is there to be afraid of when there is no you?

The less labels and defining one does,

The greater the stillness and oneness one recognizes as the natural mind.

One will never recognize the abiding self while one believes there is an independent identity.

To want to help another can be the veiled ego's face of superiority.

Whatever is occurring is an appearance only in the objectless infinite.

How can we expect from an apparent future when we can't be present as the now?

That which is formless and unborn cannot be known.

Humanity behind the human mind is nothing but imperturbable love.

The moment there is no personal I is the supreme stillness of abiding presence.

One's stillness is the field of inseparable awareness,

Be here,

Be empty,

Be.

There is no sufferer in the unborn spacious freedom of pure awareness.

If the absolute truth is what one seeks,

Then alcohol cannot be part of one's self-recognizing.

One can never be by themselves,

For the presence of infinite being is all-embracing.

Embrace every experience equally with no bias,

Then there are no labels,

Attachments or opinions.

Self-awakening is quiet and unpretentious.

The one expecting more has long gone.

Mind or ego are not the enemies.

They are playful children only seeking love from the source.

Mind by its very nature seeks more,

Yet in truth there is no more.

All is timelessly complete,

Present,

Here as the now.

I am not the body nor the mind,

But the spacious presence of pure inseparable awareness,

The source from which all experiences arise.

Rejoice as the spontaneous being of infinite potential.

From which all arises.

The illusion is that there is a separate somebody.

In truth there is simply one indefinable,

Formless,

Inseparable awareness.

One must move beyond desiring and craving,

For all desires and cravings are that of a body-mind belief.

There needs to be no imagined someone who is dreaming of becoming awakened.

Human beings suffer from thoughts.

Your thoughts are not to be trusted as they have an agenda of maintaining one's identity.

There is nothing to fear.

All is perfectly aligning in recognising one's self.

One cannot be separated from their true self.

What does separate us is the belief that you are a person of identity.

When all the veils of deception have fallen away,

What is present?

The indefinable miracle of formless you.

There is nothing to find in the objectless perfection of abiding emptiness.

Knowing is a heaviness readily dropped when facing the unknowable truth of one's reality.

There can be no imagined somebody endeavouring to be a someone.

There is no the in the objectless infinite.

There is nothing to understand,

For awareness simply is.

The less there is,

The vaster is one's abiding presence.
