Out of the noise,
Out of the chaos,
Out of the busyness of life,
We come to this moment.
Plant your feet solidly down beneath you,
Wiggling your toes,
Establishing your connection to what's beneath you.
An invitation to close down your eyes and take a full breath into the pads of your feet.
A moment to ground.
Bringing your body into a state of allowing.
If wherever you are in your mind,
Wherever you are in your life and wherever you are in your body,
You are in a state of letting go,
Letting go,
Letting go,
Letting go,
Letting go.
Dropping the shoulders and focusing in for a moment on your chest.
Start to draw another breath in as it passes through your nostrils,
Acknowledging the warm air as it passes into your lungs and releases back through your mouth.
Of distraction,
Of pain,
Of tiredness,
Of busyness,
Of disparity,
Of overwhelm.
You in this moment,
The only thing that matters.
You in this moment are the only thing that matters.
To re-center,
To reconnect,
To re-find yourself.
With moments to ground,
Wiggle through your fingers as you pass your finger pads over your thumb on each hand.
Start to attune to your breath as you breathe again in through your nostrils.
Perhaps a deeper breath now and then passing the breath all the way back out.
Empty your lungs fully.
Come back to the toes,
Wiggle the toes.
Moments to get you back into your body,
To get you back into the present,
To get you back to this sense of aliveness where perhaps the world has taken you elsewhere.
Moments to attune to your breath in this waking conscious state.
Grow the spine tall wherever you are.
Re-establishing your feet.
Finding these moments to ground,
Finding these moments to re-establish yourself in this moment.
As these breaths wash through your body to cleanse,
To clear any residue.
We'll repeat a mantra that will hopefully help you be guided through the rest of this day.
Repeat after me on your next inhale.
I am here.
Out breath.
I take an in-breath.
At the top,
Repeat.
I'm here.
Take an out-breath.
