This seasonal meditation invites you to pause and reflect as you move from one year into the next. Using the cycle of the seasons — spring, summer, autumn, and winter — this practice gently guides you through the rhythms of beginnings, intensity, letting go, rest, and renewal. Rather than viewing time as linear, we explore the seasons as qualities that arise again and again throughout our lives. You’ll be invited to: Reflect on moments of emergence, growth, and curiosity Acknowledge times of intensity, challenge, and vitality Notice what you’ve released and what you’re ready to let go of Rest in stillness and offer yourself kindness Sense what you wish to carry forward into the year ahead This meditation is suitable for times of transition, reflection, or intention-setting, and can be practised at any time of year. There is no right or wrong experience — whatever arises is welcome. A gentle practice to support reflection, gratitude, and ease as a new cycle begins.
