Thank you for joining me.

If you're looking for a gentle practice to cultivate mindfulness,

Presence,

And non-attachment,

To handle whatever comes your way with a deep sense of calm and equanimity,

You are in the right place.

This is your time,

And you have the ability to choose how you will approach your day and the energy you will carry with you by setting your intentions now.

So as you hear these words,

I invite you to repeat these words to yourself,

Aloud or silently within your heart,

Affirming them as your reality with a yes energy,

Allowing these words to sink down deep and take root in your heart,

Soul,

And unconscious mind for your highest good,

And the highest good of every soul involved.

Let's begin.

Today I am grounded and centered.

I connect with the stillness within me.

My breath anchors me in the present moment.

I nurture a sense of calm and peace.

I surrender to the flow of life.

Each breath nourishes my body and soul.

I observe each breath with curiosity.

I witness the sensations in my body.

I meet every sensation with peace.

I connect with the beauty of this moment.

I allow thoughts to come and go.

I allow feelings to come and go.

I carry inner peace wherever I go.

I respond with grace to every situation.

I am in harmony with the rhythm of life.

I embrace the ebb and the flow.

I embrace the imperfections of life.

I find solace in moments of stillness.

I have a deep knowing that life is good.

What I have in this moment is enough.

I am gentle with myself.

I am gentle with others.

I give myself kindness and compassion.

I give kindness and compassion to others.

I create moments of tranquility in my daily routine.

I am grateful for the harmony in my life.

I choose thoughts that support my peace.
