5 Minute Lovingkindness Meditation

A recording from one of my online meditation courses. The aim with such a short meditation is two-fold. First, it shows that we can bring about effective change in our attitudes in just a few minutes. And second, it's easier to set up a daily meditation practice once we realize that we don't need 30 or 40 minutes each day.
