Excellent meditation. I’ve been following a lot of non-dualist teachers lately. My mind gets it but I’m still thinking about it. It’s not simply present. Also, I don’t know how to disassociate myself from the identity I’ve created. You still have a name right? That’s a form of identity no? Im sure mind is now being too analytical about it. It just is. 🙏✨

Nice to focus on the breath and get into no mind. I did this in bed. Next time it’s best done before bed or when in fight and flight mode by using the breath for regulating a much calmer state. 🙏
