Welcome again to this really sacred gathering in times like these for us to not just connect with ourselves more deeply,

But to connect with each other and to generate a different kind of vibration,

A different kind of frequency to offset all the disturbances and traumas and disruptions and suffering that's prevalent right now on the planet.

So let's take a moment to really connect more deeply with our own primordial ground,

The core of our being that source of stillness,

Silence,

Peace that is really always already present in every moment regardless of what the content of our experience may be.

It is always here in the now.

And thus we can always remember,

We can remember ourselves to our ground,

We can connect ourselves through and through.

And when we remember the spacious silence of our innermost being and all of a sudden the stormy waves at the surface of our experience have a chance to settle,

Have a chance to be more absorbed into this stillness,

This moment.

So as I'm speaking to it,

We can feel ourselves naturally dropping in,

Feeling more of the ground of support rising up to meet us,

To hold us,

To touch us through the whole system.

And this ground of support is itself groundless with infinite depth,

With vast spaciousness.

And in this emptiness,

There is a sense of connection,

A sense of stability,

A sense of basic,

Deep goodness and okayness with whatever it is.

So allow the words to serve as like an anchor.

And it's not really the words,

It's really the presence that's animating the words,

The vibrations.

Allow the vibrations to anchor your consciousness,

Just as an anchor falls from the ship all the way down through the ocean to the bottom of the sea and roots itself in the ground.

Allow your presence,

Your presence that is a clear expression of your true nature or true being,

That fundamental core of who and what you are that exists beyond this particular life and any particular form.

Allow that consciousness,

That presence to ground and root your whole being just as an anchor.

Allow it to drop down through your very core and root itself in the earth of your being.

As you feel that,

You can feel almost like your whole presence dropping and sinking down and in to that spaceless space,

That dimensionless,

Formless ground where the support of being abides.

And in this rooted vastness,

Let's just abide and sit and be.

The mind is silent,

The heart is still.

Just being.

I really appreciate the quality of groundedness that comes through this practice. I feel vast, resourced, connected to being even as the forces of life swirl around me.
