Welcome to this releasing meditation.
Take a seat on the floor or lie down,
Whatever feels more comfortable for you.
Place your hands on your heart space or on your knees.
Close your eyes and begin to breathe.
Take a deep inhale in,
Fill to the top of your lungs and exhale.
Take another deep breath in to the top top of your lungs and exhale.
Take another deep breath in and exhale.
Feel your body settling,
Rooting down into the earth.
Feel the ground underneath you supporting you.
You are supported.
The universe is supporting you.
You don't have to go through everything alone.
We are taught to just walk through this earth and this space and this time,
Handling everything on our own.
And that's not realistic.
And that's not what the universe wants.
It is okay to release into her.
We're going to say a few mantras.
You can either repeat them after me or you can just hold them in your mind's eye.
Take a deep breath in.
Exhale it all out.
I release to the universe.

Take a deep inhale and exhale.
I give my fear to the universe.
I place it in her hands.

Take a deep inhale and exhale.
Put your hands on your heart or at your root chakra.
As we begin the final mantra,
Taking a deep inhale.
The universe is lovingly supporting me.
I am supported.
I am held.
I am loved.
I am supported.

I am loved.
Take a deep inhale and release.
Allow some movement back into your body,
Coming back into the room,
Back into this space,
Into this time.
And remember that as you go about your day,
You are supported.
