Okay get yourself into a comfortable position either sitting down or lying down.

If you wear glasses take them off.

Please be careful about your body.

Nice and comfy and cush.

Make sure everything is well supported.

Head,

Neck,

Back,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Hands,

Hips,

Small of your back,

Knees,

Ankles,

Feet,

Whatever your body needs.

Just be comfortable and now just let your body sink into whatever it is that's physically supporting your body.

Floor,

Bed,

Pillows,

Chair.

Make sure that you have full support behind your back if you are sitting.

Make sure that your head has full support and that your head has the ability when you're meditating to either go down and just let that be or go back against a wall or pillow so that it's it's supported.

It's about having no attention on your body whatsoever so your body gets to be a blob and we get to include,

Include,

Include,

Just include everything.

Traffic that goes by,

A dog barking,

The occasional of the wind.

If your body has an itch,

Feel free to scratch.

If you're going to drool,

Please swallow.

Now just take a deep breath in from every single direction there is.

Omnidirectional breathing and once your body is nice and full of air,

Hold that breath.

Sniff in just a little bit more air,

Hold that.

Gather any impurities in your system into the breath and now just let it all go.

And feel how breath can leave all directions of your body.

Consciously breathing in from everywhere,

Omnidirectional breathing,

Breath coming in from left and right,

Front and back,

Top and bottom,

Through all your nooks and crannies and crevices.

Hold your breath.

Gently place into that breath anything in your system that isn't to your liking.

Any kind of out-of-sync-ness physically,

Mentally,

Emotionally,

Spiritually,

Ethereally,

In wonder and awe and joy.

Take in a little bit more air,

Hold that.

And now just let all of that fall out of your body in every direction.

Just let it go.

You may find that when the air goes out along with the impurities in all directions that it goes out the same way it came in.

It might just go straight through,

Might bend or curve and go out another way.

It's all good.

Okay again.

And now as you breathe in,

Breathe pure white light in from all directions.

Gently place into that pure white light whatever it is that is not of that pure white light.

Breathe in just a little bit more air.

Hold that and now just let all that go.

Release it.

Let it go.

Let it go.

And feel how your body can sink just a little bit more and you have let go just a little bit more.

And one last time as a conscious breath in,

Breathing pure white light in from all directions,

Filling every bit of your body from the largest component to the tiniest component,

Smaller than the left on,

What is yet to be discovered or named.

Filling everything in you including the surface of your skin with pure white light from the tips of your hair to the tips of your fingers to the tips of your toes.

Locate any last vestiges of anything that is not of that pure white light.

Gently cradle whatever that is in the pure white light that is in you.

Sniff in just a little bit more air,

A little bit more white light.

And now just let all of that go out of you in all directions,

Top,

Bottom,

Sides,

Front and back.

And let it go.

And let it go.

Now just breathe.

Gently breathing in.

Gently breathing out.

Gently breathing in.

Gently breathing out.

And feel what it feels like to just be right where you are,

Just as you are.

Bring into your consciousness the idea of knowledge.

Recognize that in reality your brain is filled with a lot of knowledge.

And also recognize that as much knowledge as you have,

There is even more than that that you do not yet know.

And that as much as you learn between now and your last breath of air in this body,

You will literally never know all that there is to know.

You're on a continuum of learning.

Always have been,

Always will be.

And that rather than it be futility,

Wow,

I'll never know everything there is to know,

That one of the things that's available is the ongoing joy,

The forever delight of learning something new.

The unending wow factor.

Huh,

I didn't know that.

And just let that be inside you for a moment.

Knowledge as an ongoing forever journey of fun.

Now bring into your consciousness the concept of wisdom.

Like a child where they say,

Out of the mouths of babes,

You have access to wisdom.

Some of it based on your experiences thus far in life.

Some of it truly from who knows where.

Some of it taught from your parents,

Teachers,

Books,

Friends.

Some of it truly just in the moment.

From a source deeper and larger than the individual of you.

And notice that much like knowledge,

The continuum of wisdom is never-ending.

Are you not wiser today than you were 10 or 20 years ago?

Find within yourself that settled balancing and harmony within.

When you know that you have dipped into the well of wisdom,

Either having received it from someone or given it to someone,

But simply being in the world that wisdom provides that is now a part of you.

And how again like knowledge,

There is no end.

And with those two living together inside of you,

Now breathe in and breathe out and allow yourself just to feel going deeper and deeper.

And breathe in,

Going deeper,

Consciously letting go everywhere in your toes.

And breathe out and let go everywhere in your feet,

All the way down to your heels,

Insteps,

Arches,

And go deeper.

And let go in your ankles,

Going deeper.

And let go in your calves and shins,

Going deeper and deeper.

Let go from your knees,

Top,

Inside,

Outside the backs of your knees.

And let yourself sink even more deeply,

Letting go a little bit more.

Release and let go of everything in your thighs,

Quadriceps,

Hamstrings,

Inside and outside.

The fronts or tops of your thighs,

The backs of your thighs,

The right and left sides of your thighs,

Inside and outside.

Let go and go deeper.

Let go with your buttocks,

Your hips,

Your pelvic floor,

Your lower abdomen.

Whatever you're holding on to,

Just let it go.

Inside and outside.

Going deeper and deeper.

And now let go of everything in your middle and upper abdomen.

So that your waist,

Front,

Sides,

Back,

That whole small of your back,

Lower back,

And now the middle of your back,

All of your intestines,

A number of your ribs,

Your diaphragm.

Just let go.

And just feel yourself going deeper.

And now relax everything for the entirety of your lungs,

From the bottom of your lungs to the top of your lungs,

Your chest,

Your heart,

Your shoulder blades and shoulders,

Your whole upper back.

Let all of that go.

And go deeper.

Let it all go with your upper arms and shoulders all the way down to your elbows,

Your forearms,

Your wrists,

Your hands,

Your fingers.

Let all of that go.

And sink even more deeply within and without.

Relax everything around your neck and throat,

The back of your neck,

The front of your neck,

Inside and out,

Your jaw,

Your face,

Around your eyes,

Forehead,

Right under your eyes,

At your nose,

Between your nose and your mouth,

Your lips,

Your chin,

Your temples.

Let it all go.

Your ears,

All the tiny muscles surrounding your skull,

The whole of your skull.

Just let all of that go.

And breathe in and breathe out and go deeper and deeper.

And bring into your consciousness the concept of knowledge and the knowing that you will never know all the information that there is,

Was,

Or will be.

Know that you have the tremendous amount of knowing that you have and that there will always be more to learn.

Bring into you the sheer joy of learning.

Bring into you the ever-growing body of information that you do,

Can,

And will hold,

And it will never end.

A lifetime of exploring and gaining knowledge.

Truly,

What fun.

Grant room within you to seek and bring in knowledge.

Always developing a thirst for learning.

Always allowing the joy of knowledge.

And now bring into you wisdom,

An ever-growing body of wisdom,

The endless growth of gaining from so many sources,

Books,

Other people,

The universe,

God,

The all that is,

From identifiable sources,

From unidentifiable sources,

Forever to live perhaps in your body of unknown,

Gaining from wherever wisdom,

Wisdom of becoming you,

Wisdom of harmonizing with source as source,

Wisdom in what to say,

What to do,

How to be,

What and how to provide you in our world,

Indelibly leaving a mark of wholeness and the forever journey of deepening and broadening,

Heightening wisdom in you.

And now bring together the harmony of wisdom,

The joy of knowledge,

Allowing them to form a tapestry,

Two different threads of many sizes and infinite colors,

Too many to count of both as they weave together in an infinite number of patterns within you.

Knowledge and wisdom,

Wisdom and knowledge in balance and in harmony in you.

Take a deep breath in,

Breathing in wisdom and knowledge,

Knowledge and wisdom.

Give a full breath out,

Knowledge and wisdom,

Wisdom and knowledge,

Balanced,

Blended,

Harmonized.

Take another deep breath in,

Hold that breath,

Allow yourself to simply be where you are as you are in this moment right now and to give a great wondrous breath out for the whole world,

Being,

Being,

Being and gently open your eyes allowing yourself to simply be.

Gently open your eyes allowing yourself to simply be.
