Okay so let's meditate then.
Here we go.
Get yourself into a position where your body is fully comfortable.
Make sure your body is comfortable and just find a way to let go.
Let go with your toes,
Feet,
Ankles.
Relax and release.
With your calves and shins,
Knees,
Front of your thighs,
Back of your thighs,
Hips,
Pelvic floor,
Your belly,
Your back,
All the muscles in your core.
This would be the time to not hold them in.
This would be the time to let them go.
Just release and relax your belly and now release and relax your back.
Let it sink into the chair or the bed or the floor or the pillows.
Whatever your body is resting into,
Let your body sink into it.
Your upper back,
Let that go.
Shoulders,
Upper arms,
Elbows,
Forearms,
Wrists,
Hands,
And fingers.
Just let go,
Let go,
Release,
Relax,
Let go.
Let go with your upper back and the tops of your shoulders and the backs and the fronts and the top tops of your shoulders and your neck and throat.
Just relax,
Let it go.
Let go with your jaw,
The base of your head,
Top of your spine,
All the little muscles around your head,
Your face,
Tongue,
And around your temples and ears.
Let your eyes relax.
And remember as we meditate here just to include and include and include.
And now just focus on your breath.
Notice how your whole body expands when you breathe in and your whole body contracts when you breathe out.
And now breathe all the way into the bottom of your lungs and the backs of your lungs,
Appreciating with the utmost of gratitude that you can breathe.
Here we are in the age of COVID very really and you can breathe.
Allow yourself the gratitude for that.
And exhale,
Giving your breath out into the world like a gift,
Knowing that every exhale you give helps to nurture all of the greenery all over the world.
Breathing in and breathing out this extraordinary synergy of the creation of life and life.
You And gently let yourself,
As you notice you're breathing in and breathing out,
Allow each inhale to take you deeper into your own consciousness.
Breathing in going deeper within,
Breathing out going deeper within,
Inhaling going deeper,
Exhaling going deeper and deeper.
Surround your entire body with pure white light.
Top,
Bottom,
Sides,
Front and back.
Pure white light surrounding you entirely,
Covering you,
Covering all the round places,
All of the points of you that shut out here or there.
Filling in all of the indentations,
The nooks,
The crannies.
Pure white light seeping into your body and filling the entirety of your body inside.
All of the solids,
All of the air,
All of the liquids.
And bring into your consciousness someone or something with which you have felt anger or hurt.
And allow yourself the indulgence of justifying why you feel angry or hurt or resentful or bitter or afraid.
And breathe in,
Going deeper into your own consciousness.
And breathe out,
Going deeper into your own consciousness.
And breathe in,
Going deeper into your own consciousness.
And now notice that inside of your anger,
Your hurt,
Your resentment,
Your bitterness,
Your fear,
That what you also feel is separated.
Even in your justification,
There is the feeling of aloneness and separateness.
Even if you have a hundred thousand people who agree with you,
It still doesn't feel in harmony.
Simply notice that.
You And notice the sadness that goes along with the feeling of separation.
You you Going deeper into your own consciousness.
Bring your focus into your heart center,
The middle of your chest behind your sternum,
In front of your spine,
And allow yourself to reside as a consciousness inside that heart center.
And whether you can see it or feel it or just hear the words or imagine it or create it,
Bring into your heart center a peaceful rose pink.
You you you you you continue to focus in your heart center and grow,
Expand this beautiful heart center of yours inside your body,
Extending it beyond your body in all directions,
Up,
Down,
In front and back,
To the sides,
Angles,
Holographically,
Spherically growing your heart center with this ever-expanding peaceful rose pink.
And now also bring along with that peaceful rose pink that pure white light,
Perhaps intermingled or perhaps in design or perhaps in geometric shaping or perhaps just threaded in flow,
Smoothly running with and through each other,
Sometimes more pink,
Sometimes more white,
Sometimes all rose pink,
Sometimes all pure white.
And simply notice how this feels.
You you Allow that peace and that harmony that you are now in to bloom as the love that you are.
You Now bring into your consciousness and into that heart center that same person with whom you were upset or angry or hurt or bitter or afraid and give that person love,
Not for any good reason or bad reason,
Not for any reason at all.
Just simply love that person because you can.
And notice how you feel with this.
You I'm going to count up from one to nine.
As I do,
Allow your consciousness to rise from level to level with the numbers.
When I say the number nine,
Gently open your eyes and allow yourself to be present in your body,
Exactly where you are,
Exactly as you are.
One,
Two,
Three,
Feel your conscious mind rising,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Begin to feel yourself in your body,
Where and how you are sitting or lying down,
The air around you,
The air inside of you.
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Gently open your eyes and allow yourself to just be present as in here,
Now,
In your body,
In this world,
In this moment.
Take a deep breath in and hold it,
Just let yourself be,
Sniff in a little bit more air and just let all of that go.
