So go ahead and get yourself nice and cushy,
Comfy.
Uncross anything crossed in your body,
Ankles,
Legs,
Arms,
Interlaced fingers,
Uncross.
Just open up.
If you wear glasses,
Take them off.
There you go.
A little more settled.
Let yourself sink into that chair or surface that you're lying on.
Or a sofa.
There's somebody on a sofa.
Just let yourself really sink into the surface.
Let yourself feel supported.
Let your body experience being held safe right where it is.
Okay,
There you go.
Hold him.
And consciously bring your attention to your breath.
Number two,
Your heads are just like racing a million miles an hour.
Bring your attention to your breath.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Feel how the temperature of the air is different.
Get the sense of taking your time.
That it's not a rush to the next thing.
There's no hurry to think about the next thing or to do the next thing.
Notice if you feel like there's something that you've missed,
Just include that and move on.
Now begin to couple and pretend you're staying when you've lost some light.
Again,
Bring your attention to your breath.
This time,
Noticeably and consciously breathe into the bottom of your lungs first,
Filling up the bottom of your lungs and then filling up the rest of your lungs from there into the backs of your lungs and the sides of the front and the middle,
All the way to the top of your lungs.
Notice that the air you breathe in goes from your lungs into your bloodstream and feeds the entirety of your body,
From stem to stern.
Allow yourself to be present,
To blood flowing.
And now consciously as you breathe in,
Imagine or create or simply think the words themselves that you're breathing in pure white light.
Every breath in and breathing out pure white light.
Recognize that that means pure white light is going all over your body as it enters your bloodstream and feeds the entirety of your beautiful body.
And as you feel the whole of your body filled with pure white light,
Every breath in and every breath out surrounds the whole of your body with pure white light.
Covering every aspect of your body,
Top,
Bottom,
Sides,
Front,
Back.
And now follow your breath in again anew and allow your breath to take you in your own consciousness and in your own body where you have a lack of peace.
Ferreting out where there is no peace in you,
Locate what that is.
What is that about?
Who is that about?
Whether it is something that has happened in the past or something that is current.
Notice that sometimes we would like to do violence to that part of ourselves.
Can't I just make that go away,
Kill that off?
But that's not what's there.
It's time to include it.
It's just time to include whatever that is.
Notice what stops you.
Notice what part of whatever that is where there is a lack of peace,
There is also a lack of integrity.
Identify what that is.
Identify what there is for you to do or be about it.
Find your way to including what that is.
Included in you,
Finding your own way to the other side knowing what there is for you to do or to say or to be.
No matter how daunting that may be,
Recognize how doable it is.
Solving within yourself to do or say or be what will restore integrity and allow you to include that part of life,
That part of you within yourself.
Including what there is is key.
Notice the peace that you feel once you consider,
Just consider including that part of you.
How everything else is released.
And allow yourself to feel the peace that comes with it.
I'm going to begin counting up from one to nine.
As I do,
Allow your consciousness to rise from level to level with the numbers.
When I say the number nine,
Gently open your eyes allowing yourself to reside exactly as you are in your body with exactly what you feel.
One,
Two,
Three,
Feel your conscious mind arising.
Four,
Five,
Six,
Begin to feel yourself in your body where and how you are sitting or lying down,
The air around you,
The air within you.
Allow yourself to be mindful of the peace as you feel it and what there is for you to include,
To be peace.
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Gently open your eyes and allow yourself to be present in your body in exactly the room that you are in,
Exactly as you are.
