Get yourself into a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

If you wear glasses,

Take them off.

And by comfortable position,

In the zoetic style,

We really recommend that you not necessarily do this sitting up all kinds of tall and erect,

But rather in a way that your body is fully supported so that your body has literally no work to do to hold itself in any position whatsoever.

So either leaning up against a chair so that your back is fully supported and your butt and legs are fully supported,

Or lying down on the floor so that you're fully fully braced.

Now make sure that all parts of your body that need to be supported in an extra way get supported.

That could be your neck,

Your shoulders,

Arms,

Hands,

Small of your back,

Ankles,

Knees,

Feet,

Whatever your body needs,

Whatever that is,

Please give that to your body.

Remember this is all about include,

Include,

Include.

Thoughts will happen.

Let them.

It's fine if a thought happens that you are suddenly latched on to a thought or it comes in and takes over where you are.

Just thank your thought for sharing itself and go back to the meditation.

A dog could bark,

Phone could ring,

If you're home,

Children might go by on a bicycle squealing in delight.

Just allow whatever there is.

Whatever that is,

That's what there is for you.

And now just breathe in omnidirectionally and breathe out omnidirectionally.

That's from every direction.

On top of you,

Underneath of you,

In front of you,

Behind you,

Through your sides,

Through all the pores of your body,

Through all the creases and curves,

Through all the indentations,

Through all of your body parts.

If you're missing any body parts or have any artificial body parts,

You can breathe through those as well.

That's part of you.

And energetically,

It's all still there anyway.

So breathing in and breathing out from all directions to all directions.

And you'll notice that when you breathe out,

It doesn't necessarily go out the same way it came in and it doesn't necessarily just go straight through.

Sometimes it curves or bends,

Sometimes it's a sharp angle.

However that goes for that particular breath is completely fine.

There are many,

Many,

Many,

Way too many to count.

It is after all omni- directionally.

And now as you breathe in omnidirectionally,

Consciously create your breath as pure white light.

So you're breathing pure white light in from everywhere into you,

Filling the whole of you with pure white light.

Hold that in you,

Filling every single piece of you,

Part of you,

Snippet of you,

Every particle of you with pure white light.

Locate anything at all that is not of the light.

Gently place whatever that is in that pure white light.

Gently sniff in just a wee bit more pure white light from everywhere.

And now just let it out.

Let it go.

Breathing pure white light in from everywhere,

Filling every component of you down to the tiniest lepton and smaller than that with pure white light.

Locate anything that's left in you that is not of that pure white light.

Gently cradle whatever that is with that pure white light that is within you and sniff in just a little bit more pure white light from everywhere.

And now exhale,

Letting all of that go on your directionally.

Release it.

Let it go.

Let it go.

Let it go.

And one more time,

Breathing pure white light in on your directionally,

Filling every part of you mentally,

Emotionally,

Physically,

Spiritually,

Ethereally,

In wonder,

In awe,

In discovery,

And that part of you that is beyond words or description.

Filling the whole of you with pure white light.

See if there are any last vestiges or residuals of anything not of the pure white light and gently,

Ever so gently,

Place that in pure white light,

Fully surrounding it in the pure white light that is within you.

Exhale out everything.

Let it go.

Let it go.

Just let it go.

And notice that you can just breathe.

Pure white light in,

Pure white light out,

Pure white light out,

Pure white light in.

Breath is a circle.

There is no beginning.

There is no end.

There is no top to the breath.

There is no bottom to the breath.

There is only breathing in and breathing out and breathing out and breathing in.

Pure white light in,

Pure white light out.

And as you are pure white light in and breathing out,

Surround the whole of yourself with pure white light.

It all melds together who you are is a being of pure white light both within and without and everything in between.

Bring into your consciousness your physical body.

Simply let that be and allow the presence of and the awareness of your physical body to take you down and down into your consciousness,

Sinking deeper and deeper.

Now bring into your consciousness a concept of your emotional being.

Whatever feeling or image or sense or just knowing that comes into you is just perfect.

And allow your awareness of your emotional being to take you into deeper,

Wider,

Broader regions of consciousness as you go deeper and deeper.

And bring into your consciousness the mental,

Intelligent part of who you are.

Allow an image or feeling or a sense of or just an awareness that you have a mind to come into your awareness,

Your consciousness.

You have a brain that thinks and a mind that knows.

And allow that facet of you to come into your consciousness,

Taking you deeper and deeper,

Deeper and deeper.

Allow the part of you that is sacred and holy,

What you might call your soul,

To come into your awareness,

Allowing you to be in your consciousness even more than you were just a moment ago,

Both within and without,

Deeper into you,

Deeper in all directions into the universe,

The universe within,

Universe without,

Going deeper and deeper.

Bring into your consciousness the everythingness that you are,

The imprint that is in all time,

Who you always were,

Who you have become in this life and everything that you have done and been and said and felt in this life,

In all of your lives and allow that to take you deeper into being and deeper into being.

Bring into your consciousness the wonder in you that is you,

The awe,

Both that which is to be remembered and that which is to be discovered,

Allowing that to simply take you deeper and deeper,

Deeper into all that is deeper within you.

Bring into your consciousness that which is beyond words and allow that to take you deeper into being,

Being that which is beyond words and deeper.

Allow to come up inside of you who there is for you to be and what there is for you to do that has integrity with your being.

Recognize within yourself there isn't anything in who you really are that keeps you from doing what has integrity with your being.

There is literally nothing in the way.

All there is for you to do is do what there is for you to do and do that with all of your being.

Recognize in the humbleness of who you are that this is not about you being some kind of super being.

Rather it is the simplicity of simply doing with all of your being,

Beat by beat,

Moment by moment.

Allow yourself to experience the internal peace that this provides.

Take a deep breath into your physical body and hold that breath.

Allow yourself to simply be who you already are and let that go.

Take another deep breath in and recognize this is really you getting to surrender to who you really,

Really,

Really are.

The universe,

The all that is,

The magnificent light that is you and let that breath go.

Take a deep breath in and hold that breath and recognize that the light that you are is currently inhabiting the physical body and you get to experience and express who you are while you are in this physical body.

Let all that go.

Gently open your eyes and allow yourself to simply be here in the physical world.
