Get your body,
If you haven't already,
Into a comfortable position.
Make sure nothing's crossed.
Glass is off.
Just be comfortable.
I don't think this meditation requires a particular mudra or circuiting of your body.
Support your body however it needs,
Shoulders,
Hips,
Back,
Knees.
If you want your feet flat on the floor,
Just pull them apart a little bit and let your knees fall in so there's no attention on your body that way.
They don't have to be flat on the floor for this meditation.
You could do,
If you're lying down,
Like out into the air,
Or you could place the soles of your feet together.
That's really an incredibly powerful circuit or mudra for your body.
Mudra is a Sanskrit word.
It means seal,
Gesture,
Or pose,
Coming from the ancient Ayurvedic teachings.
Let go.
Everybody just lift your shoulders to your ears,
Like your shoulders could be earrings.
Roll them back all the way,
And roll them down as far as they'll go while being back.
And now just let go.
Breathing in pure white light,
In down through your crown,
Through the crown of your head.
Above that is your crown center in many traditions,
Like energetic center,
68 inches above that.
And then above that,
There are many,
Many,
Many other energetic centers.
They go up quite high,
And they go out quite far.
We're just going to deal with that one column right now,
The one that's just above your head going up as far as it does.
So breathing air,
Pure white light and air,
In down through your crown,
Filling your whole body with pure white light,
From the tips of your hair to the tips of your fingers to the tips of your toes.
Pure white light filling absolutely everything,
Everything,
Everything,
Everything.
And exhaling pure white light entirely.
And now breathing pure white light into your body,
Filling the entirety of your body with pure white light,
Locating anything at all that is not of the light.
Gently wrap whatever that is with pure white light.
Now just exhale,
Exhale it out,
Dropping your tongue and your jaw so you're exhaling on the ah,
And let that go.
And again,
Breathing pure white light in down through the crown chakra or the crown energy center,
But from way above that,
Pure white light coming into you,
Filling all of your systems,
Your glandular system,
Skeletal system,
Neurological system,
Vascular system,
All of your organs and glands and bones,
All of the liquids,
All of the air that's in your body,
All of the solids with pure white light.
Locate any last vestiges of anything that is not of that pure white light,
Gently cradle whatever that is in pure white light.
Drop your tongue and your jaw,
Exhale and let that go.
Just release it.
Let it go.
Let it go.
Let it go.
And now just recognize breath as a circle,
Breathing in and breathing out,
Breathing out and breathing in.
Pure white light coming in,
Pure white light going back out through your crown.
So there is a continuum of pure white light coming into your body and a continuum of pure white light rolling around inside of your body and a continuum of pure white light exiting out through your crown all at the same time.
It's a circle.
There is no beginning,
There is no end,
There is no top to the breath,
There is no bottom to the breath.
There is only breathing in and breathing out and breathing out and breathing in.
Pure white light in and pure white light out,
Pure white light out and pure white light in.
And as you are breathing pure white light in and out and pure white light is a constant and a continuum always in motion in and through and out of your body.
Now surround the whole of your body with pure white light.
Cover yourself on top of you,
Underneath of you,
Pure white light in front of you,
Behind you,
Sides,
Front,
Back,
Covering all of the curves,
All of the roundnesses,
All of the nooks,
All of the crannies,
All of the crevices,
All of the indentations,
All of the creases.
Everything completely filled with and surrounded by pure white light.
Now just breathe and be aware that as you breathe you can actually feel cells moving in your body.
You can feel blood flowing through your body.
You can feel energy in motion in your body.
Now as you breathe in,
Take a breath in and hold that breath.
Now lovely pure white light in,
Holding that,
Listen a little bit more air and let all that go and again just be aware,
Have a consciousness that you can actually feel inside your body.
There is an awareness.
Your body can and does communicate with you and will talk to you for its own balance.
All we need to do is listen.
Now take a breath in and as you're breathing in,
Breathe in earth energy,
The smell of the earth whether you are inside or outside.
You know what earth smells like,
Freshly tilled soil sometimes or a garden or freshly mowed grass but the earth,
Smell the earth and hold that.
Let yourself be filled with the earth.
Sniff in just a little bit more of that and let that go,
Breathing earth back out into the world.
And now take a deep,
Deep breath in.
In the springtime we have all this new growth,
Flowers,
Trees,
Grasses and hold that breath,
All this new growth,
Having it be a new growth for you,
Your family,
Your beloveds,
Friends,
Co-workers,
People you work for,
People who work for you,
People you take care of and breathe that out,
Breathe new growth out into the world.
And now a deep breath in,
Breathing in new healing,
Whatever that is for you from coronavirus to a sore shoulder,
Allergies,
A foot,
Just breathing in new healing,
Your back and now breathe out new healing into the world.
And here we are still in spring,
Breathing in birds singing,
So many birds singing these days.
Breathe that in and let yourself be filled with the singing of the birds and breathe that out,
The emotions,
The joy,
The new life,
The mating,
The balance of the earth,
Birds singing,
Breathing that out into the world.
And ready for another breath,
Breathe in the breeze,
The moving air,
With so much sun today and the warmth of the sun combined with the breeze and just feel what that feels like and hold that in your body and breathe out the moving air and the sun combined.
And the next round of breathing,
Just breathe and feel how your body feels different than it did before these five breaths that you just took.
And ready for another set of five breaths,
This time breathing love into your body,
A whole breath of love and hold that and breathe love back out into the world.
And this time,
Breathing in healing,
Current healing,
Healing in the now and breathe that into your body and breathe that out into the world.
And this breath,
Breathe in joy,
Letting yourself be filled with joy and holding that and breathing joy out into the world.
This breath,
Breathe in hope,
The sustaining of going forward,
Of discovering and wonder and breathe hope and the sustaining of going forward out into the world.
And this breath,
Breathe in wonder and awe and just like that,
Stay in your body and breathe out wonder and awe into the world.
And now just breathe.
This next set of breaths,
Breathing in stability and breathing stability out into the world.
And breathe in honor and breathe honor out into the world.
And breathe in balance,
Breathing balance out into the world.
And breathe in trust in yourself and confidence.
And breathe trust in yourself and confidence out into the world.
And breathe in strength.
Bringing strength out into the world.
And just breathe.
Letting yourself simply feel what you feel.
Notice that you feel different.
And the next set of breaths,
Start with breathing in grounded,
A deep breath,
Bringing groundedness into you.
Holding that and breathe grounded out into the world.
And breathe in being protected and safe.
And breathe protected and safe out into the world.
Breathe in respect.
And breathe respect out into the world.
Breathe in discovery.
Breathe discovery out into the world.
Breathe in creativity.
Breathe creativity out into the world.
And just feel yourself in your body,
Breathing normally and naturally.
And just feel what you feel,
Noticing that you do feel different.
And one more set of breaths.
Take in a deep breath,
Breathing in being connected.
And breathe out into the world,
Being connected.
Breathe in being in this moment now.
And breathe out into the world,
Being in this moment now.
Breathe in being loving.
Breathe out into the world,
Being loving.
Breathe in being loved.
Breathe out being loved.
Breathe in peace.
Breathe out into the world peace.
And just take a deep breath in and hold that.
Sniff in a little bit more air and hold that.
And breathe out.
