And becoming comfortable now And at some point there is a settling.
And whether now or in a few moments from now,
They might possibly begin a shifting.
Perhaps it could be interesting to become aware of the turn of breath.
Just noticing breathing and becoming aware of it.
And as some sort of shifting begins to occur in just right timing,
Eyelids might seem a little heavier.
And again,
At some point,
There may be a closing.
Not sure when that takes place.
It could be now or later.
It's what seems right.
And with noticing the breathing in just the right ways,
There is a sense to be taking three big,
Deep,
Deep breaths when it feels right.
Like those three big,
Deep breaths sort of signal that there is a different space and time beginning to take place.
And with a closing of eyelids,
Normal,
Natural rhythm of breathing happens.
Like waves coming in and going out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
In a slow,
Sturdy rhythm,
Waves coming in and going out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
And with those natural,
Normal breaths coming in and going out,
Those thoughts that have been rolling around now sort of get drifted out of the mind as the breeze could flow by and just move them from one side of the mind to the other.
And then out.
Like watching clouds passing by in the sky going to clear space.
Just simply breathing in and breathing out.
Nothing to do right now,
But breathe.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Simply breathing.
Nothing to figure out.
Nothing to do right now.
Just simply breathing.
And with these gentle noticings,
There is a sense of the no time express.
That there is no time like this time.
And since time is not toxic,
This time right now doesn't really matter.
It only matters for the express purpose of drifting away and leaving it all behind.
Leaving it all behind for now.
Just letting go.
As though the thought right now of getting up and getting going might possibly just be impossible.
Like in slow motion,
Pushing against the wind on a sandy beach.
Moving right now seems just against nature.
Like it just couldn't happen.
Like who would want to move at all?
Because this stillness,
This comfortable something seems to be happening all around and all through.
Yet knowing of course there can be movement,
Like a scratch or a shift of the arm or the turn of the head,
Of course that could happen.
But in the sense of it all,
What does really make sense about moving at all?
And that's kind of it,
Isn't it?
Like moving at all right now just seems like a concept unknown to the very deepest center place within.
And that deepest center place within is beginning to get even more peaceful right now.
Because it has heard that now is not the time to move much at all.
In fact,
Moving around very much just seems kind of silly when it can be this comfortable all around and all through.
So the idea of comfort and peacefulness flowing all around and all through is very interesting.
Like together there is a combined something that can move,
That this combined something can move all around and all through.
Comfort and peacefulness all around and all through.
From toes to heels to ankles to calves,
A sense of comfort all around and all through.
A deep either calm beginning to form now,
Drifting deeper and deeper and deeper still.
From hips to abs to solar plexus,
A deeper sense of comfort all around and all through.
With a warm and nurturing sensation flowing up through the chest,
All around and all through more comfort,
More and more calm.
And the deeper,
The more comfortable,
And the more comfortable,
The deeper.
So that when release is beginning to happen,
Whenever that is,
It may have already started,
Or perhaps now,
Or even in a few moments from now.
When that does occur,
A big relief like a 30 pound bag just dropped off the shoulders.
Letting go now,
Just letting go.
Each breath deeper and deeper,
The easy flow of breath coming in and going out,
As space and time disappear more and more,
Drifting deeper and deeper and deeper still.
Arms and fingers releasing,
Each breath drifting deeper,
And comfort and peacefulness flowing together all around and all through.
Each exhale dropping deeper and deeper down into the support underneath you,
Across the back and down and down again,
Then all the way down the backside to feet again.
The comfort and peacefulness all around and all through.
So that in a few moments from now,
When we count backwards from 5 to 0,
There is an entering into this state of hypnotic relaxation even more deeply at 0.
And the comfort and peacefulness begins swirling around all together,
All around and all through at the base of the neck,
Up over the back of the head,
All around the crown area and down over the forehead,
Releasing the tension of the forehead,
The area between the eyebrows,
Just letting go,
Flattening out,
All the tiny muscles around the eyes are getting heavy and comfortable,
The nose,
The mouth,
The jaw muscles releasing,
Even the tongue is relaxed,
Facial muscles releasing and letting go.
And now at 5,
4,
Drifting deeper,
3,
Going all the way down now,
2,
Into the beautiful abyss,
1,
And all the way down to 0,
Deep sleep.
And just allowing the silence and stillness of that deepest center place within to take shape and form,
Just allow being in that stillness,
Nothing to do,
Nothing to figure out,
Simply being peaceful and at center.
That's right,
And as you continue listening to the sound of my voice,
Your unconscious can begin to work on a deeper level,
The unconscious can begin to focus on the nervous system,
And as the unconscious begins to get right down to a microscopic level and work on analyzing and working through the nervous system,
It can begin to make any necessary repairs or overcome any blocks,
And the unconscious now can also begin to work through the settings in the various aspects of the nervous system,
To ensure that all responses from each part of the system works in a harmonious nature with each other part of the system,
With each part of the system ensuring it can respond to stimuli and signals just the right amount,
And each neuron in the mind and body and each nerve cell can be checked and it can be a time consuming task over the next few minutes to work through every single nerve cell in the entire mind and body,
Almost like carrying out a service check,
And there are cells of vital importance to those neurons that outnumber the neurons and hold an important rule,
And they can undo go with service check as well,
And the neurons associated with motor or movement based processing,
And neurons throughout the central nervous system and any connections can all be checked to ensure they work correctly,
And any damage can be worked on and the pathways can be checked over to ensure clear,
Free running and transmission of messages,
And you know when you hack a path through a forest it always seems difficult the first time,
After you have been through that path many times it is easy to follow and find,
And you know flowing water always finds the easiest way through,
And water is a soft substance yet it can erode rock and cut channels and pathways where previously there weren't any,
And the unconscious can understand what I say in a new way,
In a way that the conscious mind just doesn't get,
And you have a sympathetic nervous system that controls the fight or flight response,
And parasympathetic nervous system that controls the relaxation response,
And the unconscious can ensure these systems are in balance,
And you know more about your own nervous system on the unconscious level that either I do or you do consciously,
And you can now take as long as it needs to take over the next few moments to honestly and fully work through the nervous system to ensure it is working correctly throughout,
That's right.
And while the unconscious continues this process of restoring the nervous system,
Have a sense of standing on top of a grand staircase,
Staircase with 20 steps going down and 2 secure handrails on both sides,
Feel free to choose the design of the staircase,
The colors,
The textures,
And there on top,
It is you standing,
Yet a little different,
And you know what I notice about that you standing,
Is that version of you is so much calmer,
More confident,
So much clearer in the mind,
With a confident posture in the body,
Calm and confident,
And we begin to go down the staircase with the left foot first at 20,
Reinforcing this image and this feeling with every step down,

Drifting even deeper now,
That's right,
And all negatives have been neutralized and released,
And there is a clear mind,
A clear being,
And there is a going forward now,
Which is much easier,
Everything is just so much easier,
Because of this deeper way of comforting in peacefulness,
And the rhythm of it all is just so much more calm,
And the response is owned in the way that works now,
That's right,
And more and more there is a comfortable way about it all that simply makes it all doable,
That's it,
Just doable,
And so letting all of this sift down now into the deeper mind to take root in a positive way,
So that it becomes permanent and easily and effortlessly brought to the outer awake life in normal,
Natural ways.
And as we begin to come up and out in a few moments,
There is a sense of renewal of energy,
A realignment to the positive,
And so with that there is also a recognition of the good qualities of all the images that may have come during this time,
And the receiving and unallowing of those special gifts during this comforting time,
And so at zero we reinforce it all,
And at one with a deep cleansing breath in and release,
Now at two,
Coming back to the present moment,
To the here and now,
Three,
Awakening the muscles of the body,
Start wiggling the toes and the fingers,
Four,
And five,
Eyes open,
Wide awake and alert,
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Fully back into the here and now.
