As you settle into a comfortable position, let the rhythm of your breath guide you into a realm where intention meets manifestation. With each inhale, feel the universe conspiring to fulfill your deepest desires. Picture your dreams taking shape, vibrant and tangible, as you exhale any doubts or limitations. Dive deep into the ocean of your subconscious, where the seeds of your aspirations await nurturing.

Breathwork practice for manifestation.

The practice of getting into the energy of what we want.

This is a practice that you can do every day,

Multiple times a day.

Getting your nervous system and your body familiar with what you want,

Knowing that it's possible for it to come to you in the most unpredictable ways possible,

As long as you're open.

So let's begin with a body scan.

Taking a nice deep breath in through the nose,

Exhaling all the way down to the feet,

Closing down the eyes,

And just resting here for a moment,

Keeping all of the attention and awareness at your feet.

Nothing to do here,

Nowhere to be,

No problem to solve.

We will be practicing three rounds of breathing,

Followed by breath holds,

Squeezing this energy up the spine,

And finally releasing these intentions out to the universe,

Knowing that our message is received.

And so now,

Slowly moving your attention around the body,

From the feet to the ankles,

Into the shins and calves,

Into the knees,

Into the quads and hamstrings,

Slowly softening on the way up,

And into the hips,

And into the lower belly,

Lower back,

Mid-belly,

Mid-back,

Into the chest and upper back,

Just letting everything fall within your exhales,

And moving down the arms,

Letting the hands relax,

Forearms soften,

Biceps and triceps relaxing,

Letting the shoulders get heavy,

Relaxing the neck,

The jaw,

The cheeks,

Space behind the eyes,

And finally the forehead,

Just letting everything be soft.

And first bring to mind everything in your life in this moment that feels really challenging.

Where is it hard to show up?

What is hard to accept?

What is hard to allow?

What is hard to receive?

Just noticing what comes up as you hear these words,

And witnessing what the body does,

Knowing that you're safe to feel it.

You're safe in your body,

And you're safe to experience this.

And for our first round of breathing,

We will be focusing on letting all of this tension go,

Really making room for what you want to come to you.

So on your next breath,

Exhale completely,

Emptying out the lungs,

Empty,

Empty,

Empty.

Breathe it in through the mouth,

And let it go,

That's it,

Keep going.

Stay focused on all of those things in life that are frustrating,

Agitating,

Annoying,

Disappointing,

Upsetting.

Allow your body to breathe through that.

Keep going.

Three more breaths.

Two more.

Last one,

Breathe it in,

Hold that breath,

Don't let it go.

Sip in a little bit more air if you can,

Sip,

Sip,

Sip,

Squeezing,

Creating tension in the feet,

Calves,

Legs,

Hips,

Lower belly,

Upper belly,

Chest,

Throat,

Arms,

Head.

Squeeze this energy up the spine,

Squeeze the tension up and out of the body,

Squeeze all the frustration,

Shame,

Pain,

Guilt,

Disappointment,

Hold it,

And let it go.

And take this moment to just notice sensation in your body.

Does it feel light or heavy,

Warm or cool?

Where is the body holding more tension?

Just noticing.

And now place all of your attention on your heart.

Notice how the heart feels.

Is it heavy?

If so,

Where can you feel the depth of your heart?

And now bring to mind something that you want,

Whether it's better relationships,

More financial abundance,

Deeper connection with self,

More discovery,

More companionship.

Just bring it to mind and ask yourself,

What would it feel like to have that now?

And can you feel that now?

And for this next round of breathing,

We will be focusing on this.

Breathing directly into the chest,

Into the heart,

And just letting it go,

Allowing the body to relax into this vision,

Allowing the tension to relax into this vision.

So on your next breath,

Exhale completely empty,

Empty,

Empty,

Empty,

And breathe it in and let it go.

Perfect.

Breathe in that vision and let it go through your body.

That's it.

The deeper the breath,

The more the call.

The deeper the breath,

The more the connection.

Keep breathing into the heart deeply.

Three more breaths.

Two more.

Breathe it in and hold that breath.

Hold it,

Squeezing the feet,

Calves,

Legs,

Hips,

Lower belly,

Upper belly,

Chest,

Throat,

Arms,

Head,

Squeeze.

Squeezing that vision,

Holding that vision,

Feeling that vision,

And let it go.

Just taking a moment,

Nothing to do,

Nowhere to be,

No problem to solve here.

And let's make our final round the deepest breaths that we've breathed all day.

So once again,

Focusing on the heart,

Bringing that vision into mind once again,

Feeling it,

And get curious this time.

Can you expand the feelings of your vision?

Can you expand the feelings from the heart,

Down the arms,

Down the torso,

Up the neck,

And tell yourself,

Yes,

Yes,

I feel it,

Yes,

I can do it,

Yes,

I'm here for it.

Whatever's needed,

Whatever's necessary.

In this round,

Really incorporate full body breathing,

Allowing your body to move with your breath if it's necessary for you to feel your vision 1% more than the last round.

So on your next breath,

Exhale completely,

Empty,

Empty,

Empty,

Empty.

Breathe it in,

And let it go,

Perfect.

Breathe in that vision,

And let it go.

Even deeper breath,

And let it go.

That's it,

Even deeper,

And let it go.

The deeper your breath,

The clearer the vision.

The deeper the breath,

The deeper the calling.

Can you show through your breath that what you want is possible for you?

It's available for you.

I’m shocked at how well this worked. Did this track 3 days ago and focused on something small, but something that I’ve wanted to happen for months. Within 1 day I started to receive and within 3 days full manifestation. Just did the track again focusing on something just a bit bigger!
