All right,

Today we'll be combining breathwork with daily activities for sustained serenity.

What does this mean?

So the Daoists teach that life should be moving meditation.

In other words,

Extending the tranquility and mindfulness of breathwork and meditation into all aspects of your life.

Living on zen life mode.

So choose an activity that you perform daily,

Like taking a walk,

Eating,

Or working,

And pair it with mindful breathing.

Let's say,

For example,

Going for a walk.

Consciously apply diaphragmatic breathing or rhythmic alkaline breathing.

And what I want you to notice is how the integration of this breathing into your everyday activities promote a more calming spaciousness to your mind's awareness.

So for the next couple of minutes,

You'll hear the rhythmic alkaline breathing.

And I want you to approach your activity while going through this breathwork.

Remember,

This doesn't have to be intense.

We want this to be calm,

Serene,

And meditative.

So if you chose walking,

Now's the time to put your shoes on and go out for a walk and then press play again.

If you're in your room,

Maybe you might want to organize your closet,

Fold some clothes,

Go to the kitchen and do some dishes.

Whatever activity you choose.

Get ready.

We'll begin our breathwork in three,

Two,

One.

Fully in through the nose and out through the mouth.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Fully in.

Letting go.

Fully in.

Letting go.

Good.

Keep this going.

Remember to make this breath yours.

You don't have to exaggerate.

You don't have to exert yourself.

If anything,

Make it more subtle.

Integrate it perfectly into your activity.

Notice what this does to your mind space.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Fully in.

Letting go.

Fully in.

Letting go.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Fully in.

Letting go.

Fully in.

Letting go.

How much more mental bandwidth do you have?

Are you noticing more creative thinking?

Are you noticing more spaciousness?

So congratulate yourself on your mental bandwidth.

Congratulations on making an effort to be here with me.

We made it through five days of breath work and now we have five different tools that we can use and share with our friends,

Family,

And loved ones.

As we conclude our class today,

Take a deep breath.

A celebratory breath.

And thank you so much for allowing me the opportunity to pass on these powerful tools that have changed my life that now you possess to live in a more mindful and stress and stress-free state.

Before I let you get back onto your day,

I want to thank you once again for taking the time to make it all the way through this course where the overall skills of this course are all about the ability to effectively manage stress through various breath work techniques.

I hope that these practices enhance your overall life and sense of well-being.

If you have any questions at all,
