I usually prefer listening to long guided meditations but on days when Iโ€™m busy and only have a moment or two of time to spare I find this short breathing practice to be a helpful way to bring myself back in to the present moment. It may be only two minutes but it feels like two minutes very well spent. Barbaraโ€™s voice is soothing and comforting โค๏ธ
