Welcome to your second chakra.
Take three deep breaths in and relax.
Make an O with your mouth and sigh out all the stress,
Unfulfilled lists,
Thoughts and dreams and surrender to what is right now.
Focus your energy on your second chakra,
Your center of creativity,
A hands width below your tummy button,
Where you are marked with a round kiss,
Where you came in,
Your umbilical cord that tethered you so you were part of the one.
Now you are free to move with the element of water.
Enjoy the rain,
Swim in the sea,
Welcome to the element of water.
This is where we let go.
We let go of the muddle and the mess of our minds.
We feel into our body,
Into the second chakra and we water the seeds we have planted.
Water seeds that will grow into surprising,
Miraculous creations.
Our children,
Our lovely children,
All children,
Our animals,
Our soulful,
Kind animals,
All animals,
Our partners,
Our beloveds,
Our parents,
All the beings we love,
The seeds of who they all were,
Who they all are now and who they will be.
We let go,
We let go of grasping at who they might have been.
We let them all be who they are.
We wash away all our expectations,
Anxieties,
Hopes and dreams.
We walk down to a beautiful river in our favourite place.
We light a candle,
Place it on a leaf,
Light some incense and on the banks of the river we say a prayer for all our loved ones.
May you find peace now.
May you all be happy.
May you all be free of suffering.
And as we pray,
Sending kind,
Loving energy out across the river,
We take another flower,
Another leaf,
A candle and a piece of incense.
And as we set it out onto the river,
We pray for our lives,
Our creations,
Our words,
Thoughts and our actions to be in alignment with the highest good for all.
Our next floating altar we dedicate to all our ancestors.
We let go of their fears,
Sadnesses,
Injustices.
We let go for them of their sighs and we give the floating altar to the water.
And as we watch it float away,
We feel happiness.
Our prayers are heard.
We sit and listen to the water lapping at the shore.
We have let go of all the day's worries and surrender them to the beauty and the depths of water in which all things move.
Lastly,
We move to our beautiful meditation garden with its serene pond.
As we stare into the water,
Safe in our beautiful garden,
Away from the noise of the world,
We hear bells.
We look at the water and conjured from the depths is a beautiful white flower,
A lotus.
We have grown ourselves from all the chaos and unpredictability of dark mud into this sweet smelling flower.
We lie down and place this lotus on our tummy,
On our second chakra.
It cools,
Refreshes us and blesses us.
Then we surprise ourselves.
We eat the flower and it is the sweetest,
Most delicious thing we have ever eaten.
Waves of pleasure tremble through our body.
We are awake.
We are present.
The flower has blessed our bodies,
Our sexuality,
Our sensuality,
Our creativity.
We are now ready for whatever challenges await us and we can be fluid,
Flexible and strong.
We thank all that made us.
Waves of pleasure tremble through our body.
We are now ready for whatever challenges await us and we can be fluid,
Flexible and strong.
