A heart-centered experience of unity, grounding, and collective connection. Through gentle breathwork, mindful posture, and the repeating mantra “I am one with all,” you are guided to reconnect with your inner stillness while extending peace outward into the collective field. Drawing on research exploring the relationship between meditation, coherence, and social harmony, this session affirms that personal grounding can support collective well-being. Influenced by contemplative traditions and teachings on interconnectedness found in Vedic philosophy and the work of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, this meditation offers a space to anchor into oneness, trust inner guidance, and carry a felt sense of connection into daily life.

Welcome to today's practice.

Did you know the more you meditate,

The more the ripple effects support those around you?

Studies have shown a correlation between a large amount of people meditating in a given place and the crime rates in that city dropping,

Along with other factors that support peace building through meditation.

So today we're going to work on this understanding that we are all one.

That your work in grounding,

In guidance,

In reconnecting to the beating heart of us all,

Of all existence,

Supports everyone in reconnecting as well.

So today we'll start off by turning inward,

Go ahead and find yourself in a comfortable seated position.

Feeling your spine elongating,

Connecting you from the root,

The base of your tailbone,

Up through the top of your head.

We'll take a few breaths here.

So inhale for four,

Hold for four,

Release for four.

I'll guide us through.

Start off with a clearing breath,

Inhaling everything in and exhale everything out.

Inhale for one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold for one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Release for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

One more time,

Inhale for one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold for one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Release for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And last time,

Inhale for one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold for one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Release for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Inhale,

Returning to a natural rhythm of breath.

Now we're going to invite a phrase,

A mantra,

A grounding connector.

And the phrase is,

I am one with all.

So go ahead and start repeating that phrase,

Either in a soft whisper or in your mind.

I am one with all.

I am one with all.

I am one with all.

Coming back to the phrase,

If your mind wanders,

Coming back to the phrase,

I am one with all.

I am one with all.

I am one with all.

Breathing,

Taking a deep inhale with the phrase,

I am one with all.

And on your exhale,

Repeating the phrase,

I am one with all.

Inhaling its energy,

Exhaling,

Sending it out.

I am one with all.

I am one with all.

I am one with all.

Noticing any thoughts,

Ideas,

Images,

Sounds that come through to you.

Trusting they're exactly what you need to experience.

And allowing yourself to keep coming back to the grounding connector phrase,

I am one with all.

I am one with all.

I am one with all.

And go ahead and place your hands over your heart center.

Feeling into your oneness with all that is,

All that was,

And all that will be.

And from this heart centeredness,

Welcome in one key takeaway for you from this meditation.

What is one thing you're taking away from this experience to support you moving forward?

Take a deep inhale and a deep exhale.

Gently opening your eyes,

Coming back into this earthly plane.

Thank you for practicing with me.

Thank you.

Thank you for this. It was good to reflect on my family and neighbors around me.
