Open The Portal To Receive | Meditation

This is my personal favourite manifestation practice, inviting you to align your energy with the life that is calling you. Rather than chasing specific outcomes, we open ourselves to the people, opportunities and experiences destined to find us. Through visualisation and surrender, you will become a magnet for what is meant for you. Practise daily, notice the synchronicities, and watch as your life begins to unfold in unexpected ways.

Welcome to this powerful manifestation meditation. This is best done in the morning or at night time before you go to sleep. Take a seated position. And close down your eyes. Breathe down into the diaphragm. Allow the belly to expand to the front and sides with every inhale. Relax the area in between the eyebrows. Unclench the jaw. Drop the shoulders down to the floor. And feel the air move in through the nose. Down the throat. Into the lungs. Feel the diaphragm move down to massage the gut. Feel the tension melt away from your body. Maintain this breath. For the rest of the practice. Imagine yourself. Floating in space. See the glittering stars. See darkness all around you. Suspended in the universe. In infinite space. The stars and darkness. Stretching as far as your eyes can see. Flirting here. Completely weightless. You look around to the left and right. And all you see. Our darkness and the stars. Floating in space. Breathing here. Take an inhale. And on your exhale. Send out a pulse. Of energy. From the heart. And see this pulse. Wave out. Through the universe. Stretching as far as the eye can see. Inhale. Exhale. Send out another pulse of energy. And no. That this signal. Is connecting. With the people. Opportunities. And environment. Needed to put you on your highest path. With every exhale. Send out the signal. That you're here. And you are ready for them to find you. Know that your call. Your energy. Is reaching everything. That needs to come to you. Last breath. Breathe normally. And now is your time to receive. Visualize. Beams of light and energy. Coming from all directions. Towards you. Entering into your soul. Feel the energy penetrate your body. The beams of light feeding your soul. All you need to do is receive with gratitude. Let this light fill you with vitality. With peace. With a sense of knowing. That whatever is meant for you. We'll find you. Feel the tingles on your skin. Feel your energy rise. And let this feeling express through your face. It feels so good. Notice your heart swelling with gratitude. And now feel yourself. Of light and energy. Stay in this feeling and emotion. For as long as you need. Know that the people opportunities and circumstances. Are aligning. Ready to come into your life. As we speak. Over the coming week. Pay special attention. To any signs or synchronicities that appear in your life. Your only job. Is to follow them. And take inspired action. Slowly start to move your body. Come back to your 3D reality. And when you're ready, You may open your eyes. Repeat this visualization every day. And watch your life change.
