Explore the chest, shoulders, and the energy of the heart. Together, we will physically open the chest and shoulders to release emotional and physical tension, then use breath to shift out of stress and into receiving. Finally, we enter a heart coherence meditation to expand your energy field, elevate your frequency, and invite experiences that truly resonate with you. This practice helps you feel open, peaceful, and energetically aligned with the life you are calling in. Itโ€™s a gentle yet powerful way to reconnect with your heart and cultivate love, gratitude, and calm.

I'm Dr.

Kim.

Today we're going to work with the chest,

Shoulders and the energy of the heart.

When this space is open and your breath is slow and intentional,

The heart begins to move into a state called coherence.

This is a state where your energy becomes clear,

Aligned and magnetic.

When the heart is coherent,

You're no longer broadcasting stress or survival signals.

Instead,

You start radiating elevated emotions like gratitude,

Peace,

Calmness and love.

And that creates a powerful electromagnetic field around you.

This is the state when your intuition sharpens,

Synchronicities in your life increase and manifestation becomes easier because your energy then matches the life that you're trying to call in.

Today we're going to physically open up the chest and shoulders to free that physical and emotional armor around your heart.

After that,

We will finish with a heart coherence meditation to expand your field,

Elevate your frequency and draw in experiences that truly resonate with who you are.

By the end of this session,

You're going to feel good.

You will be energetically aligned with the reality that you want to create.

Let's begin.

Sitting up straight,

Cross-legged on the floor or on the edge of your bed with your feet flat on the floor.

Straighten your spine,

Pull your shoulders back and elongate your neck.

Feeling a string,

Pull your skull up to the ceiling.

Start to roll your shoulders backwards in big,

Lazy circles.

As you pull them backwards,

Feel your chest expand.

Feel the muscles in between your shoulder blades activate.

Breathe deeply.

Start to slow your circles down.

Moving in slow motion.

Relax your forehead.

Relax your jaw.

And slowly make those circles smaller and smaller until they come to a natural halt.

Realign your spine.

Place your hands together in prayer position in front of your chest.

Push your left hand into the right,

Keeping your hands at chest level.

Push as far as you can,

Feeling the stretch through the side of your shoulder.

And then come back to center.

And use the right hand.

To push the left.

Feeling the stretch in your shoulder as you reach that end ring.

Now slowly push from side to side.

Close down your eyes.

And become deeply absorbed.

And this smooth flowing motion.

The stretch through the shoulders feels so good.

And last one.

Return back to center.

Forming a fist,

Start to tap over your sternum,

Right where your ribs meet the bone.

Tap firmly,

Moving up and down.

And you'll notice you'll come across some tender area.

These joints are likely restricted and a little inflamed.

So when you find these areas,

Spend a little bit more time tapping over them,

Signaling to your nervous system that this joint needs a little bit of love and healing.

And become acutely aware of the joints that make up your chest.

Many people never explore this area.

Here we're waking up the joint,

Preparing them for the expansion we're going to do.

And now let your hands rest on your knees.

Still your body.

And breathe normally.

Now become aware of how your chest moves as you breathe.

Notice that tiny micro movement of how your chest rises slightly when you inhale.

And how it compresses downwards as you exhale.

Sense these tiny movements.

Now we're going to exaggerate these movements very slightly.

As you inhale,

Rise your chest forwards and upwards.

And as you exhale,

Contract your chest downwards and backwards.

Inhale,

Chest rises.

Exhale,

Chest moves down.

Continue breathing and moving.

Exaggerating this chest movement.

And following your body's natural movement.

Allow all movement to stem from the chest.

Now let's exaggerate this movement even more by adding in the shoulders.

As you inhale and your chest moves forwards and upwards,

Pull your shoulders backwards.

As you exhale and your chest moves downwards and backwards,

Pull your shoulders forwards.

Stay with this movement.

Exploring the stretching through the front of the chest.

And the activation of the muscles in your back.

Allow your head to naturally drift up and down with this movement.

And now exaggerate your movement even more.

Arch your entire spine forward.

And as you exhale,

Curl your entire spine forward.

This is a big movement.

A full spinal activation.

Moving from your tailbone all the way up to your skull.

Inhale,

Arch.

And exhale,

Curl completely over.

Now let's exaggerate this movement even more.

As you curl over,

Bring your arms into your body,

Palms facing into your face.

As you exhale,

Bring your arms up and outwards,

Forming a cactus position.

90 degree angle between your forearms and upper arms.

Exhale,

Curl over,

Close your arms in.

Inhale,

Arch forwards,

Open your arms to cactus.

Allow your body to flow back into the rhythm.

Feel the intense physical expansion of your chest.

Every time you open,

Feel the stretch through your spine as you curl.

And allow your body to release any emotions through tears,

A yawn or a sigh.

And last one.

And bring your arms back to your knees.

Take a moment to check in with your body and notice the physical changes.

How your chest feels open.

How your shoulders are naturally sitting backwards.

How your ribs are able to expand easier.

Now we've physically created space for the heart and lungs to expand and move.

We're going to move into a meditation.

If you would like to lay down on your back,

Please do so,

Or you can remain sitting.

Let's begin with the 4-6 breath.

On my counts,

You will inhale for 4 and exhale for 6.

Let's start together.

Inhale,

2,

3,

4.

Exhale,

2,

3,

4,

5,

6.

Inhale,

2,

3,

4.

Exhale,

2,

3,

4,

5,

6.

Inhale,

2,

3,

4.

Exhale,

2,

3,

4,

5,

6.

Continue breathing and counting in your head.

Allow your belly to expand upwards and sideways.

Feel how easily your ribcage expands.

Notice the slowing of your heart.

How it beats in time with your breath.

This is heart coherent.

Return your breath to a deep,

Natural rhythm.

No need to count anymore.

Feel the tingling in your fingertips.

Feel the air on your skin.

Notice how there are no thoughts in your mind.

How everything has completely melted away.

As you inhale,

Draw your energy up from your pelvis,

Up through your spine and into your heart space.

With every breath,

Draw your energy upward.

Store it in your heart.

Feel this energy expand,

Filling your chest completely.

Now feel the love that always existed inside you.

Let this feeling flood your entire body.

Allow yourself to smile if it feels good.

Send it to places that may need it.

You may need healing inside your system.

And when we give ourselves love,

When we are full of this amazing self-love,

We can then send it to others.

Send this love now to your friends,

Family and anyone who is important to you.

See their faces in your mind as you send them your love.

Feel that overflow.

And now come back to your body.

Allow your mind to be still.

And notice how you feel.

May you carry this feeling with you throughout your day or night.

Allow your body to lead any movements that need to surface.

Let your body guide the movement.

And flow for as long as you need.

Thank you so much for practicing with me.
