Ever noticed how some people walk into a room and instantly light it up?

Their energy,

Their posture,

Their vibe,

It's magnetic.

Guess what?

That could be you.

Today we're diving into two game-changing habits,

Daily movement and great posture.

Let's start with movement.

Forget the idea of punishing workouts or forcing yourself into something you hate.

Movement is about celebrating what your body can do and yes it does make you more attractive as well.

Before we dive into the benefits,

Let's get something straight.

Movement is a privilege.

Some people don't have the ability to walk,

Run or dance and here you are with a body that can do all of that and more.

Let's honor it by moving with gratitude not dread.

Why move?

Movement sends oxygen and endorphins rushing through your body giving you a natural energy and a natural high.

Just a 10-minute walk outside can turn a bad day into a good one.

Studies show that movement boosts serotonin,

The happy hormone.

Look good and feel good.

Toned muscles,

Better metabolism,

Glowing skin,

It's all part of the package.

Movement increases blood flow helping your skin flush out toxins and radiate health.

Movement is like a beauty treatment.

Sweaty or not you'll look fresher and more alive.

Now are you sitting all day?

Do you work a desk job?

Believe it or not this is actually killing you.

Studies show daily movement,

Even something as simple as walking,

Significantly reduces your risk of heart disease and early death.

Walking is literally the fountain of youth on two legs.

Now let's talk about you.

If the gym isn't your vibe that's okay.

Movement doesn't have to feel like a chore.

Whether you choose salsa dancing,

Hiking or even chasing your dog around,

Find something that you enjoy that makes you smile because when you love it you'll stick to it and that consistency is where the magic happens.

It's time for a personal share.

I tried yoga many times.

I found that not only did I dislike how I felt during class,

My body also complained with pain and instability afterwards.

So I stopped and tried other things.

I'm not saying yoga is bad,

It's just not for me.

Over the years I've found what works well for my body.

It's dance,

Somatic movements,

Weight training and walks because they make me feel alive.

Your thing might be totally different and that's the point.

We are all different.

Part 2.

Posture.

Did you know that posture can instantly make you more attractive?

When you stand tall you exude confidence,

Command respect and even look slimmer.

Let's break it down.

First of all what is perfect posture?

Do this right now.

Grab your phone and take a video of yourself standing from the side.

Pause this audio to do this.

Now you're going to watch back the video and pause it and take a screenshot of yourself standing to the side.

You should be able to see from your head all the way down to your feet.

Now can you draw a straight line from your ear through the middle of your shoulder and down to your hip?

If so,

Congratulations.

This is perfect posture.

If you are noticing that your head is jutting forwards or if your shoulders are forwards or if you have a big hunchback in your mid-back,

That means you need to work on your posture.

Why does posture matter?

Well there are the health benefits for a start.

It improves breathing,

Digestion and reduces back pain.

Studies even link poor posture to earlier death.

Standing tall literally keeps you alive longer.

And the other note is confidence and attraction.

Posture is a vibe.

Good posture says I'm in control,

I'm confident and I've got this.

Slouching whispers I'm tired and I'm unsure of myself.

Which one do you think is more magnetic?

As someone who did pageants,

Good posture was drilled into me.

And you know what?

It works.

Put your shoulders back,

Open up your chest and there you have it,

An instant glow up.

Now let me spill a secret.

Posture speaks volumes in dating too.

As a feminine woman,

I'm naturally drawn to men with strong confident posture.

It signals leadership and strength.

The same goes for you.

Stand tall and watch how people respond to you differently.

Here's your plan of action.

Commit to at least 30 minutes of movement a day.

Walking,

Dancing,

Stretching,

Whatever makes you feel good.

That's the only rule.

And as for your posture,

Here's a little mini routine to get you started that you can do right now.

Stand up.

Start to roll your shoulders back and down in smooth motions.

Feel how your chest starts to open up.

Notice how all of the muscles in your back are activating as you pull your shoulders back and down.

Keep your knees nice and soft whilst you do this.

Now relax your shoulders.

Stand up as tall as you can.

Feel how your feet are grounded into the floor.

Open up your chest and roll your shoulders once again back and down and hold them there.

Push your head back so that your ear lines up with your shoulder and raise your chin slightly.

Hold for 10 seconds and feel the power of good posture.

When you move with love and stand tall with purpose,

You glow from the inside out.

You feel energized,

Look radiant and carry yourself with unshakable confidence.

So what's your glow up move?

Let me know in the comments.

I'd love to hear what sort of movement practices you love.

Have a wonderful day or night and I will see you tomorrow.

I liked the practical information at the end and less popular thoughts on movement. For me ( although I still do traditional exercise), my favourite is walking kn the beach with my little dog. Thank you for creating and sharing.
