Hi everyone and welcome to Sound Meditation.

My name is Yotam and I will take you on a sound journey.

Today's meditation will be based on cosmic frequencies.

In every movement of our planet,

Air is being pushed,

A wavelength is being generated,

Hence sound is being generated.

The movement of the planet is responsible for many aspects in our life cycle.

For example,

Season change,

Weather change,

Fertility cycles,

Celebrations and many more.

There is a direct relationship between tones and vibrations and how it influences our body and it forms many holistic approaches.

Today we will concentrate on a cosmic frequency called the Earth Day Frequency.

It's a frequency that is being generated from the movement of the Earth around the Sun over 24 hours.

I encourage you to use headphones and to dive deeper into the experience with me.

Close your eyes.

Inhale gently and exhale gently.

Take a moment to find a comfortable seat.

It can be in a crossed leg position or on a chair.

Find the base of your spine,

The center of the pelvic floor and from that point pay attention to the whole body.

Inhale and exhale gently and connect to your midline and slowly adjust your position to the point when you feel the center of gravity is aligned with your posture.

Do it in such a way that you rely on your skeleton body to carry the weight and not on the muscular body.

And slowly as you sink into your seat listening to me move your attention to the sounds around you.

Breathe gently,

Appreciate the moment and just listen.

Listening is something we take for granted but we don't really pay attention to it.

The sound that you hear is an infinity sound.

It has no beginning and no end.

It's always in the present moment.

Most of the time we are not present in our own life.

We either in the past or in the future making plans or thinking about the past.

So take a moment to remind yourself today that every time your mind starts to wander come back to this infinity sound and let it pull you back into the present moment,

Into this practice.

The Earth Day frequency is connected to our base chakra.

Meditating on this frequency has a dynamic vitalizing effect.

The color associated with this frequency is the color red.

Take a moment and imagine a big red ball in the center of your pelvic like fire.

Exposing to this frequency has a direct influence on our skin and physical body.

It actually stimulate all the proteins in ourselves and they're all aligned in one direction bringing harmony with yourself,

With your body and with your nature.

Keep listening and connect to the sound.

Put all your attention and try to become a channel for this frequency.

Let it pass from your ears to your pelvis.

Keep listening and connecting to the sound.

Become a channel to this frequency and let it pass from your ears to your pelvic floor and into the ground.

Slowly inhale,

Slowly exhale and just pay attention.

The lowest point of the spine is the beginning point of the Kundalini,

The power which runs through all our chakras,

Energy centers in the body and stimulation of this point gives us power and fire.

It's a great frequency to meditate on in the morning before any activity.

Is it a physical activity or work activity?

If sound alone can change brain activity,

Rhythm stimulate the brain to resonate in time.

This combination of sound and rhythm has a huge effect on us and allowing ourselves to work with healing frequencies and slow beats sink to your heart,

Encourage the brain to slow down and get into a meditative state.

As you memorize this frequency and you keep all your attention,

I will slowly add rhythm.

I invite you to gently move your body.

Start with a very slow movement from the center of your pelvic floor,

Forward and back and try to connect to the rhythm in any way that it's working for you.

Try to feel it and not just hear it.

Exhale gently.

Exhale gently.

Just keep moving.

Gentle movement.

Front and back.

With full attention on listening.

Forward and back.

Forward and back.

And as we continue,

Inhale and exhale slowly and start rolling clockwise with each breath.

With your whole body using the center of the pelvic floor as your anchor,

Making small,

Medium,

Large circles with your upper body.

Seeing your breath and sinking your brain and sinking your movement.

The whole body gets energized and you feel more awakened and alive,

Stronger and more energetic.

As you begin to experience the full sting of the And slowly go to the other side.

And again,

Small,

Medium or large circles.

Full attention or listening.

Full connection.

To the sound and the rhythm.

Come back to the center.

Take a moment to pause.

And slowly,

Put your feet forward and gently lie down.

Open your heart to the sky.

Open the palms of your hands.

Sink into the floor and relax in Shavasana.

Open your eyes.

Open your eyes.

Open your eyes.

Open your eyes.

Gently roll your toes,

Your fingers.

Come back to the room.

And when you're ready,

Bend your knees.

Bring them closer to your chest.

Hug yourself.

And maybe do a few roll-ups,

Massaging your spine.

And when you're done,

Lie down on the right side.

And gently push yourself up into sitting.

Bring both hands together in front of your heart.

And we chant one om together.

Inhale.
