Welcome to a guided meditation.

This session is tailored specifically for women navigating the transformative journey of menopause.

Menopause could be seen as a rites of passage,

An opportunity to embrace our inner wisdom while navigating physical,

Emotional,

Mental and spiritual changes.

It's essential to find moments of peace,

Harmony and empowerment within this transition.

Throughout this session we will explore deep relaxation,

Visualization,

Affirmations,

Rotation of consciousness all to cultivate a sense of calm,

Renewal and acceptance.

By connecting with our breath,

Our bodies and the healing power of nature,

We can tap into our inner strength and wisdom as we navigate this phase of life with grace and ease.

To find a comfortable position,

Either lying down or seated,

The choice is yours.

Close your eyes softly and allow your body to relax,

To sink into the support beneath you.

Feel yourself grounding and connecting to Mother Earth.

Now bring your awareness to the breath and begin to follow the path of the inhale and the exhale.

To begin with,

Take three breaths,

Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

Continue to breathe deeply and evenly,

Using the power of the exhale to release any tension,

Any stress,

Anxiety or worries from your mind.

Bring your awareness to the sensations in your body and notice these areas of tightness or discomfort and with each exhale,

Imagine them melting away like ice under the warm sun.

Visualize a soft,

Soothing light surrounding you,

Cradling you in its warmth and comfort.

Allow this light to penetrate every cell of your being,

Bringing healing and renewal to your body and mind.

Focusing on the natural rhythm of the breath,

Feel the rise and fall of your abdomen with each inhale and each exhale,

Allowing you to anchor into the present moment.

As you relax deeper into this state of calm,

Repeat the following affirmations silently to yourself.

I honour my body and its wisdom.

I embrace this phase of life with grace and ease.

I am supported by the universe in my journey through menopause.

This is a natural rite of passage.

Imagine a sense of peace and acceptance washing over you like a gentle wave,

Soothing any discomfort or uncertainty you may feel.

Feel a deep sense of gratitude for your body and all that it has carried you through.

Now imagine yourself in a serene forest surrounded by towering trees and the gentle sound of birds singing.

In the distance,

You hear the soothing rush of a waterfall,

Its cool mist inviting you closer.

With each breath,

Feel yourself drawn towards the waterfall.

Following a winding path through the forest,

As you approach,

You feel a refreshing breeze on your skin and the air becomes cooler and more invigorating.

Finally,

You reach the waterfall,

A magnificent cascade of crystal clear water tumbling down into a sparkling pool below.

As you stand beneath its mist,

Feeling the cool droplets caressing your skin,

Washing away any lingering tension or discomfort.

As you stand beneath the waterfall,

Releasing any worries or concerns,

Allowing them to be carried away by the flowing water.

Feel a sense of renewal and vitality coursing through your body as though each droplet of water is infusing you with new energy,

Clarity and strength.

Now bring your awareness to the crown of the head and in your mind's eye,

Place a point of light or a twinkling star.

Awareness moves to the third eye.

Point of light.

Twinkling star.

Right eye.

Left eye.

Right ear.

Left ear.

Nose.

Lips.

Chin.

Throat.

Right shoulder.

Right elbow.

Right wrist.

Right hand.

Inside right wrist.

Inside right elbow.

Inside right shoulder.

Throat.

Left shoulder.

Left elbow.

Left wrist.

Left hand.

Inside.

Left wrist.

Inside.

Left elbow.

Inside.

Left shoulder.

Throat.

Heart centre.

Right breast.

Left breast.

Heart centre.

Right ribs.

Left ribs.

Navel.

Pubic bone.

Right hip.

Right knee.

Right ankle.

Right foot and toes.

Inside right ankle.

Inside right knee.

Inside right hip.

Pubic bone.

Left hip.

Left knee.

Left ankle.

Left foot and toes.

Inside left ankle.

Inside left knee.

Inside left hip.

Root.

Sacrum.

Pubic bone.

Womb.

Womb space.

Breathe here.

Breathe into this sacred vessel.

Breathe into the space of the sacred vessel.

The centre of creation and creativity.

Feel the light filling the womb,

The womb space.

Offering healing.

Navel.

Heart centre.

Throat.

Third eye.

Crown of the head.

Right side of the body.

Left side of the body.

Front of the body.

Back of the body.

The whole body.

And as you rest here.

Feel a sense of connection,

Balance and harmony with your body.

Know that you are supported and nurtured by the wisdom of your own being.

Slowly begin to deepen the breath.

Taking a few more moments to bask in this feeling of tranquility.

And when you're ready.

Begin to wriggle your fingers and toes.

Rotating your ankles and wrists.

And if it feels right.

Moving your head from side to side.

Slowly begin to draw your knees in towards your chest.

Take your time as you roll to the side and pause there for a moment.

Remember.

You are strong.

Resilient.

And worthy.

Embrace life fully.

And trust in the wisdom of your body to guide you through this rite of passage.

With grace and ease.

When it feels right.

You can open your eyes and carry this sense of peace and empowerment with you.

As you continue with the rest of your day.
