This is an SOS meditation for strong emotions. Anxiety, anger, heartache, frustration, confusion, whatever you are feeling when you show up to this mediation, we welcome and let move through us. E-motion is energy-in-motion. Emotion stays and creates a state of being stagnant when we do not honour it and breathe with it, allowing it to pass like a thunderstorm in the sky.
