Welcome to the New Year Meditation.

I invite you to find a comfortable position.

You can sit,

You can lay down.

Just take a moment to soften the shoulders,

Soften your jaw,

Your face muscles.

You're welcome to have a soft gaze or closing the eyes.

As you start to deepen your breath,

Just finding a way to arrive into this moment.

Connecting to your body,

To your breath.

And as you start to settle,

Just take this moment to acknowledge all that has happened in the past year.

Positive.

All that has happened has happened for a reason.

All that has happened has made you who you are today.

So even on those days of challenge,

Take this moment right now to send gratitude to the entire journey you have been through in the past year.

Now you can also affirm,

I'm grateful for all that has happened to me this past year.

I am proud of myself for all that I've achieved this year.

I invite you to expand that gratitude into the new year.

And you might have goals,

You might have plans for the new year.

Allowing these goals or plans to enter your mind now.

Trying to visualize those plans.

It could be just as simple as being healthy throughout the year.

Try to visualize what you want for yourself this year.

And as you visualize,

Stay with that feeling of gratitude in your body.

The gratitude you had for this past year.

Now send that same gratitude into the visualizations of the new year.

Just saying thank you with your body towards the plans for yourself for this new year.

And just be in that feeling of gratitude for a few moments.

You can even be more specific with your visualization.

Just allow your mind to imagine all that you want for yourself.

Still within that state of gratitude.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose,

Full breath out through the mouth.

And you have now planted those seeds within your subconscious mind.

And as you were in a state of gratitude,

As you visualize your goals,

Your plans,

You send a signal to the universe for them to truly happen for yourself.

Just taking a few more breaths here.

And we are in a state of gratitude towards our goal.

It feels a little easier to take action towards those goals.

And the path towards those goals become a little more clear for us to see,

To step forward to.

And we become more open to the path towards them.

Affirming to yourself,

I am ready to step into my full potential.

And I trust that everything is happening for my highest good.

To the space around you,

To the present moment.

And whenever you feel ready,

Meet your Teacher
