Uprooting The Tree Of Karma
by Yogi Charu
Your senses and sense organs are a gift. Be grateful for them! When we try to enjoy our senses separate from God, we suffer. When we use our senses to see God’s unconditional love, and cultivate gratitude for God’s gifts, we make union, or Yoga, between ourselves and God. This sincere union allows us to uproot the tree of karmic entanglements. A lecture into a few verses of the Book 2 of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, followed by a meditation to help embody the teachings.

Hello everyone.
Welcome back to the exploration of the sutras.
We have beautiful mantras.
This part of the sutra is trying to explore action and reaction.
Karma Patanjali is trying to help us to reflect on why we have a type of body we have,
Why we have a certain type of thought patterns in our mind and then how to try and purify it.
So we left off where he explains that as soon as we think we get anxiety to achieve something,
Simultaneously a part of us have fear of losing it even before we get it.
And we know we've,
Every one of us had had has had that experience before.
So he's understanding,
He's going to let us know,
He's showing us that our mind is controlled by the three modes of nature.
Goodness,
Passion and ignorance.
Just like our bodies.
Our bodies are either in the mode of goodness when we are extremely still or when we are doing something that's beneficial for others.
Our bodies are something in some type of mode of passion when it's moving in action,
Right?
When we're doing something dynamically for me,
Myself and I.
And then sometimes the body is in inertia,
Tamas,
When we are sleeping.
Or if you're supposed to be doing yoga in nature,
You fall asleep.
So our bodies are controlled by the three modes.
Our bodies are controlled by the three modes.
Similarly,
Our minds,
Our mental thoughts are controlled by the three modes.
And so we can see sometimes thought patterns come up from nowhere and they just push us.
And then we can't get out of that thought pattern.
Sometimes we get stuck in a thought pattern that's in the mode of goodness.
Sometimes we get stuck in a thought pattern that's in the mode of passion.
Sometimes you get stuck into the negative,
The thought of tamas,
Right?
So these three modes control our thought patterns.
And when they come,
They're not just coming out of whim.
No,
They're coming because it's a reaction vibration.
Thought patterns are vibration.
It's a reaction of something we did in the past.
Sometime earlier this life,
Sometime it's from previous lifestyle.
And people who have,
Like,
If you have two,
Three kids,
You see it in the kids,
Right?
The three kids came from same mother,
Same father.
And they get school the same,
They're brought up the same way.
But then three of them will be uniquely slightly different.
How many of you are at the same way like our siblings?
None of us.
Because we are unique.
We have a unique set up.
Even when it's twins.
In the mountains,
I had two friends,
Identical twins.
Even their thought patterns,
They act slightly different from each other.
So we act differently from our siblings because of our own unique karmic baggage.
We have a lot of similarities with our siblings because that's why we chose the same womb.
That's why we look like our siblings.
We have some activities which we do like our siblings,
But we're so different at the same time.
So that depends on our.
.
.
So we have a lot of similarities.
So when we're a born in a family,
That tells you karmically you're so connected.
When you go to a certain school,
Your karma choose your school,
Right?
The school you go and there's so many schools on the planet.
How come you went to this school?
So then your friends that you have there is karmically.
Then as we grow and you go to the.
.
.
When you start to choose a job and things,
The person you're going to meet again and again and again at a job,
You're actually psychically connected to them.
If you get a job,
It means that person and job should have a similar psyche similar,
Right?
People,
You know,
Doctors,
All doctors have a similar psyche.
Nurses,
You know,
The nurses are very compassionate beings,
Right?
It's just,
It's a psyche.
Like I remember,
Like my father got a stroke about seven years ago and some cousins,
They want to look after him,
But they're not trained as a nurse.
You can see they can only do it for a while because of love,
But you need a real someone who's like trained nurse because that's their psyche.
It's,
They just naturally compassionate.
So whatever occupation we choose,
We'll see the person we're going to interrelate with people who have a similar type of psyche like us.
So we're all karmically connected in so many ways,
But at the same time,
We are still unique from each other.
So let's see what Patanjali says here.
The last part we read was,
Uh,
The,
Where he says,
Uh,
To one who is seen,
To one who is a seer,
Who's opening their consciousness,
He can see,
Wow,
How life can become very painful because of the anxiety of getting something,
The fear of losing something and the resulting of impressions left in the mind to create new cravings,
Renewed cravings and the constant conflict among the goon,
The tree gooners,
The tree gooners,
Which control the mind.
So that's where we ended up.
The next mantra,
He starts off very beautiful.
He says,
Pain that has not yet come is avoidable.
That's amazing.
He makes this point.
So you have a tree and you plant,
Say it's a mango tree,
You plant the seed and the mango tree starts to grow the roots,
The trunk,
The mango tree getting bigger.
And because it's a mango seed,
The fruits that come off that tree cannot be anything else but a mango tree because that's the karmic conditioning.
You can't plant a mango seed and get watermelon from the tree.
You can't plant a mango seed and get papaya from it.
No.
So our actions that we do are going to have an equal opposite reaction for sure.
Now the mango season comes,
We plant the mango tree.
Five years later,
The mango tree is developed to give fruits.
Now if we wait for the whole mango season,
You'll see the fruit starts to come out,
The blossom and some fruits are there.
So some fruits are,
Some of the mangoes are sweet,
Some of the mangoes are bitter or sour.
In the Caribbean,
Some fruits are,
You taste the mango,
They're sweet,
Some are sour and people get attracted to different types of mangoes.
So our karma is going to create,
Like Patna in the previous he says,
You're going to have from merit,
Good karma,
Sweet fruits.
From the merit or bad actions we're going to reap,
Negative karma is going to come back.
But now he's telling us a painful situation that's going to come can be avoided.
He says pain that has not yet come is avoidable.
So how is it avoidable?
How to change it?
Let's see what he continues to say.
He says,
The cause of that avoidable pain is the union of the seer,
The purusha,
And the seen,
Prakriti.
The seen is of the nature of the gunas,
Illumination,
Which is the goodness,
Activity,
Passion,
And inertia,
Ignorance,
The sattva,
Rajas,
And tamas.
And consists of the elements and sense organs,
Whose purpose is to provide both experiences and liberation to the purusha.
So here the word purusha means,
Is another word,
Yogis call it atma sometimes.
Or the spiritual self.
So he's given us a beautiful explanation of how to prevent the fruits from manifesting.
He's telling us we can prevent the fruit.
Suppose mango season is coming and you want,
You don't want the fruits.
How did,
Can you give me one way how you can prevent the mangoes from coming?
It's already in the process.
It's coming.
The flowers already start.
They're starting to blossom.
The only way you can prevent the mangoes from coming is if you were to uproot the tree and the tree dies.
That's the only way.
So Patanjali is giving us a clue here.
Our karmic conditions,
The suffering which is going to come,
We can avoid them if we uproot,
Uproot the consciousness that created that thought pattern.
So how do we uproot it?
He says,
He's then given us the hint.
He says there has to be a union,
A yoga.
Yes,
Yoga,
The union of the atma,
The purusha with paramatma,
With God.
That's that union.
When you create that union with you and God,
That union is going to bring that dynamic force called love.
When that's there,
Then you you,
The atma or the purusha,
You start to understand that you're just within this body with its sense organs and the senses and the sense organs,
They make contact with this universe out here and you understand this is,
You get up because that higher union is going to let you understand that this nature,
This nature out here is just an action of,
Is just a,
Is just a realm of action and reaction.
But when you start to cultivate with this dynamic love,
The love,
The action and reaction that we see in this dimension,
Yogis call it,
It's a force of,
In the west,
It's an extension of love but it gets permutated,
It gets mutated into a lower form of rajas.
We call it loss or passion.
So how to turn that passion,
Which is from rajas,
Turn that passion into compassion,
Love and compassion.
That's the key.
We can only turn the passion that we have,
That the activity,
When we can mutate it with love for God and then that love is going to mutate into action still but with compassion.
So you're no longer living to,
You're no longer living to please your senses,
He says here.
Our sense organs,
We have five sense organs,
Yes?
Eyes,
Ears,
Nose,
Tongue and skin.
That's how we experience,
He says,
You're going to have experience in this dimension with the mind,
That the atma is going to look through the mind and relate to the action and reaction.
Or when the passion has turned into love and compassion,
The same set they will turn into allow you to have liberation.
So he gives us two things,
He says,
He says,
Yes.
The scene is of the nature of the gunas illumination,
Which is the mode of goodness,
Activity,
Which is the mode of passion,
Inertia,
Ignorance and consists of the elements earth,
Water,
Fire,
Air,
Ether and the organs which are connected to them.
So these organs,
The earth element is the most dense element.
The most subtle of the elements in this universe we're going to see is called ether or space.
So you have space first,
Then space vibrates a little slower,
It turns into air.
Air vibrates slower,
It turns into fire.
Fire vibrates a little slower,
It turns into water.
Water vibrates a little slower,
It turns into earth element.
So you have these five elements.
Now as these five elements are in the universe,
Our body is made up of them,
They are connected to five sense organs.
So the sense organ that connects earth is the sense organ of our nose,
The sense of smell.
If something has odor in it,
It has earth element in it.
That tells us pure water because pure water,
You cannot smell it.
You cannot smell,
Pure water has no odor.
So that's the difference between water element and the earth element.
So the organ which is connected to water is our tongue,
The sense of taste.
So as you're living in this body,
You the atma,
When you taste something with Rajas,
You're gonna get,
He says you're gonna have experiences that bind you here,
Right?
You're gonna understand,
Oh I can taste this food.
We all love to eat,
Isn't it?
So you're tasting.
Without water,
You cannot taste.
I remember when I was a child,
We used to try and take a pill and without water and try and swallow the pill without water.
Can't do it.
The only way you can swallow it is if you build the water from your saliva,
Then you can swallow it.
So we need first to taste our food,
We need the tongue.
Then when water is more subtle,
It turns into fire.
So fire element is in this universe,
Is in this body.
The element,
The organ that connects the fire is our eyes.
So the eyes can see fire.
So because fire element is more element is more subtle than water and it's more subtle than earth,
That means fire element,
You cannot,
Pure fire,
You cannot taste it and you cannot smell it.
Pure fire.
So when you smell fire,
It's because it's mixed with earth,
Firewood or something.
But a pure fire has no smell and no taste.
I have a friend who is in my country,
He's a fire eater,
A fire dancer,
Where he dance and eats fire.
And I asked him once,
How does fire taste?
He said,
No taste,
Charu.
I was like,
Oh okay.
The Vedas are so spot on.
The next element,
Subtler than fire,
Is air and that's the sense organ of the skin,
The sense of touch.
So you can feel air but because there's no fire element in air,
You cannot see air.
You can't see.
You cannot taste air and you cannot smell air.
The only way it gets sight is if fire is in it or water is in it or earth is in it.
So whenever you see the air,
The fire is burning,
Right,
You can see and then it's mixed with wood,
Then you can smell the fire burning,
The house burning or something is burning,
It's because earth is in it.
But pure air has no order,
No taste and you can't even see.
Now even subtler than air,
He says,
Is the element eater and that element is space element.
It's everywhere.
You can't smell it,
You can't taste it,
You can't see,
You can't even feel it.
Just like if you brush your hand,
You can feel the air but eater,
You can't even feel it.
You can't,
You can't feel eater.
So eater allows the sound vibration travels through it.
So the sound vibration that travels,
The organ is the air.
You can listen to eater.
If there's no eater right now,
I would be doing this.
You wouldn't hear me.
So Patanjali is saying,
When the soul is within this body and the soul is going to work through these senses and elements,
We're going to get bind by our karma when we are being selfish,
When it's all about passion.
Me,
Myself and I.
I'm trying to enjoy this dimension here.
But he says,
If you do that,
It's going to create action and reaction.
So as you do something,
It creates another reaction.
But he says,
You can uproot it.
You can stop the pain from coming.
If we use the atma,
It's going to use the same eyes,
Ears and nose,
But turn it from passion into love and turn it into compassion.
So when we can union,
When we can connect to love that,
I mean,
We use this word LOV,
But it's a powerful force it's describing.
It's the force that brings things together.
So if you can start to understand how much you have been loved and is being loved right now,
If you can tap into it.
Each and every one of us,
Sometimes when we forget our higher self,
We think,
Oh,
Who loves me?
No one loves me.
I need love.
Right?
Every one of us have been there before.
I'm pretty sure.
Right?
But that's when we are being,
We're trying to enjoy the senses separately from God.
Now he says you can uproot it when we stop into yoga,
Make the third major yoga when we're connecting to God with that powerful emotion of love.
And then it'll come true compassion.
So we want to use the tongue.
God gave us the tongue.
So instead of just eating for ourselves,
Patanjali is indirectly saying,
Recognize God gave you the food,
Recognize God provided the food.
Just take a few seconds in your consciousness out of love.
Thank God for that food.
That's the word for love.
We're like in mantra in book one.
Remember is Bhakti,
Yoga of devotion.
Just love.
Just thank God for the food.
And then not only thank God for the food,
Thank God for your tongue.
You're going to have this experience.
So you can see God gave me this tongue.
He gave me water.
He gave me the food.
And then so you offer you when you prepare your food,
Just consciously offer your food back to God first.
And then when you take it,
When you taste it,
It becomes,
It allows your consciousness to move into liberated state instead of binding you liberation.
Smell.
Everyone uses our nose constantly.
We all love the smell fragrant things.
Yes.
No one gets up.
Oh,
I want to smell the garbage today.
No one gets up like that.
We live in that universe of quality.
So the yogis understand if I can smell the garbage.
Oh wow.
That means I still have been given a gift of the nose and the sense of smell.
Because like right now we're explaining now a lot of our fellow brothers and sisters when they have the virus,
The COVID,
They lose their sense of smell and taste.
It's amazing.
So if you can smell the garbage,
Be grateful for that.
Right?
Because you can still smell.
But most of us,
We want to smell fragrant things.
So now,
So the yogis Patanjali said,
Then recognizing God gave me out of love.
He gave me a nose.
He gave me a scent,
The auditory nerve,
The,
The,
The,
The,
The,
The olfactory nerve connecting to my brain.
So I can experience the smell here.
Offer that ability to smell to God.
By doing that,
You're purifying that sense of smell starts to liberate your consciousness.
You're uprooting the karma,
Preventing it.
You're not,
You're not,
You're not preventing it.
Then we all use the eyes.
Yes?
So the eyes connected with the light fire element.
So whenever we can see something,
It means fire element is in it.
Like you can see the wall means fire is in it.
If you're seeing my body,
It means my body has fire in it.
If there's no fire element,
You can't see.
So the astral body doesn't have the fire element in it.
That's why we can't see someone astral body.
The only way you can see someone astral body is if you tap into a higher frequency,
You can see the subtler energy.
But we see the physical,
Right?
So the physical body has fire and we have eyes.
So Patanjali is saying your eyes are going to bind you.
You're going to create action and reaction.
If you're,
If you're using your eyes for selfishness,
Just to see things all about me,
Me,
Me,
Right?
Who doesn't love to see beautiful things?
We all do.
But tap into the frequency,
Understanding that beautiful thing you're seeing is an expression of God's love.
Your spouse,
You can see your spouse,
Yes?
Your partner.
That beautiful being you're looking with is an expression of God's love.
Just,
Just make that union connected.
You see a beautiful sunrise,
A beautiful sunset,
A mountain purified.
Everything you see is an ex,
So if you can connect it,
It turns into compassion.
And then you'll see the,
When you can start to see true love,
That powerful force,
You're going to treat the person you love amazingly,
Because you're not seeing them just for my own pleasure.
You're seeing,
Wow,
This is God's gift to me.
Let me protect this amazing being that's there.
And that's how we can uproot it.
The person who come in your path,
Who you fall in love with through the eyes,
That's amazing how that person took birth,
Grew,
And they could be born on another part of the planet,
Right?
And somehow time,
Karma brings you together and you see them.
Be grateful for their eyes.
Not just,
And tap into the frequency of my eyes are given to me through love.
Today we can see,
Tomorrow we can be blind.
So be grateful of the eyes.
Understanding the ability to see is an expression of love from God.
And with that,
As you can uproot the karma,
The negative that comes with it.
We love to hear the next,
Right?
Air.
So the yogis understand.
We love to hear beautiful things.
The most beautiful everything in this universe is traveling through sound vibration.
So there are certain songs that just increases our false ego,
Binds us.
When someone is materially driven,
It's all about me,
Myself,
And I.
They only surround themselves with people who tell them,
Oh,
You're great.
You're good.
You're great.
You're good.
And the second someone tries to purify them,
Hello,
You have this issue,
This issue.
They don't want to be around that person because the person is telling them wisdom,
Which will allow them to grow.
So the yogis call it Shabda Brahma.
Let's try and listen to divine sounds.
Let's raise the sound because the ability to hear,
The ear,
It's a gift of love.
So why not use the ears though?
Let it connect us to that love that's inside.
So the yogis,
We use transcendental love.
Send to connect the transcendental sound vibration.
And so in the yoga culture mantras,
Right?
Mantras is helps to purify the mind.
A lot of songs are there within the three modes of nature that I explained.
But then he says,
You can uproot it.
You can stop the pain instead of listen to music in the mode of goodness,
Passion,
And ignorance.
Let's listen to some vibration that carries pure love in it.
And that's why the yogis understand every language.
It doesn't matter which language you speak.
There is spiritual force in the mouth because all of us come out of our mother's room chanting the Am mantra.
As a little baby we are,
Ah!
It doesn't matter if you're French,
Italian,
German,
Japanese,
Chinese,
Ah!
Then,
Uh!
And then the label,
Um!
So we all come out of our mother's room with the ability to connect to divinity.
Then we learn different languages.
But within those languages,
There are still mantras.
So some of them,
Mantra,
Right?
Some of the words of the language allows us to evolve.
Some of those words allow us to evolve.
So in the English language,
The most evocative word is the word English.
The most evolved mantra that I've come across in the English language is,
I love you.
When someone tells you that,
You hear it.
It's a,
It's a,
It's a,
It's a vibration that allows you to feel cherished,
Feel like,
Feel warm,
Right?
And in every language,
We translate that phrase in every language.
That's what it's creating in the person who hears it.
Now,
The Yogis understood,
Each and every one of us is a spiritual being.
So each and every one of us have love within us,
This force.
So there are mantras then,
Which allows us to tap into it,
Which allows us to tap into,
Not just love,
Tap into unconditional love.
And it's very hard to find in this planet.
Unconditional love,
It's rare.
So much so that they recognize that only way,
The only time we sit expressed constantly in our dimension is the mother's love to the baby.
The mother's love is there constantly,
Unconditionally.
Then when you fall in love with something,
Someone first,
Right?
There's a lot of conditions there.
That's natural.
But as you start to live together with your partner and you start to connect to them on a higher frequency of love,
You understand the body is going to age.
The body is not going to look beautiful,
But forever.
But as you grow with that person,
You start to connect to the Atman,
The spiritual soul within that body.
And then the yogis understand if you start to live together,
Grow,
Grow,
Grow,
The natural love that will start to blossom into unconditional love.
So it's rare you find two people meet in unconditional love.
That's rare.
First,
There's a lot of conditions.
The person's mental state has to be balanced,
Has to be peaceful.
The person has to have their,
As they say in the West,
Head on their shoulders,
Right?
But then it will grow from conditional love into,
When you start to understand,
Wow,
This person is a representative of God in this incarnation.
And I'm going to take care of this person,
Cherish this person for who they really are,
Not just the body,
But a spiritual being in there.
So that can,
Then it comes into unconditional love.
So the mantra that allows,
So there's higher frequencies and many mantras in the yogic culture,
But they call them Maha mantra,
The Hare Krishna mantra,
Brings you that unconditional love into this dimension.
So Patanjali is telling us we can stop pain that's going to come in the future.
We can stop the karma by connecting to it because God can do everything for us.
And an expression of God is that unconditional love that's around us.
If you tap into that unconditional love,
You start to,
Your mind,
Your eyes,
Everything is done for the service,
Out of love to God.
And that's how we can stop the pain from coming,
Future pain.
That's uprooting the tree that caused the whole tree to start anyway.
So our forgetfulness of God created all the action and reaction he's saying.
Now our remembrance of God's maranam and our love,
That unconditional love that's within us,
If we can connect to it,
That's going to uproot all the painful situations that are meant to be here.
And it's not that when you reach that high plane,
It's not that you're not going to die,
But because once you take birth,
We're going to die naturally.
So when you reach Samadhi,
But it won't be a painful death in the sight of God,
It won't be a painful death in the sense that you will be self-realized.
You'll understand,
Oh,
I don't die.
I am an eternal spiritual being.
You will connect to that space.
Even before you die,
You'll tap into it.
And you'll say,
Oh yeah,
My body took birth.
It has to go.
And the transition phase comes in.
So this is how we connect to stop the pain.
He says,
Pain that has not yet come is avoidable.
So we can avoid from,
We can avoid it,
But it takes a lot of work.
It's easier said than done to tap into this unconditional love.
But at the same time,
It's unconditional love is always around us.
If you look around your room right now and you breathe and you smell and you see and that's a lot of unconditional love around us,
Right?
It just takes a split second to tap into it,
But to stay in it and maintain it.
That's why we need the association of like-minded people to keep us there.
Because as soon as we leave that association,
The society,
The materialistic society is going to bring us down to me,
Myself and I again,
Me,
Myself and I again.
It's all about me,
Me,
Me,
Me,
Me.
And we want to cultivate this,
You know,
It's us together.
We're evolving together and you tap into it more and more.
We'll end there today for how to stop the pain.
Let's stretch the legs out and let's wiggle the ankles.
Let's meditate on it.
Put it into contemplation.
The yogis,
They,
When I was learning,
You know,
Would study and then you're going to meditate and see how it put it into the psyche.
The astral body gets it deeper.
Bring the spine tall,
Palms on the knees.
Touch the tip of the tongue,
Tip of the index fingers.
Close the eyes softly.
And bring the whole body into stillness.
Imagine your body is like a statue,
Immovable,
Stable.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Feel the breath moving in and out of the nostrils.
And ask yourself the question,
Who is witnessing the breath moving in and out?
Who's witnessing the body being still?
Who's witnessing Yogi Tharu's voice through the air?
Yogis refer to that being as the purusha or the atma.
In another word is jiva.
It's a spiritual being.
And from the three modes of nature,
Our bodies was created from our mental state or psychic state from our previous birth,
Previous lives.
We have developed certain thinking thought patterns.
We get our body as a little baby.
And we're going to experience this dimension through the elements,
Earth,
Water,
Fire,
Air,
Ether.
These elements that are making up your body are part of the universe.
We are borrowing the elements.
If you scan your body,
You will recognize your body has earth.
Your body has water and blood.
Your body has fire.
Your body is warm.
Your body has air coming in and out and the body has space.
You can hear sounds.
When the body ages,
You the purusha see the body age and the body will twinkle and the earth will merge back with the earth planet.
The water that's in your body will merge with the ocean.
The fire will merge back with the sun.
The air will merge back with the air in the universe and the space,
The akash will merge back with the universal space.
For us to experience this dimension,
The elements form organs.
The earth element creates the organ of the nose and when we smell,
We understand certain things.
The tongue allows us to taste.
The eyes allow us to see the fire reflection of the light rays.
The skin allows us to feel the air,
The sense of touch.
The ears allow us to hear sound vibration in the ether.
And according to the three modes of nature,
We get conditioned,
We get bind and we fall into our action and reaction universe.
A lot of karma that governs the universe.
It governs our body as well.
So as kids,
We develop that domino stick that's starting to start our psyche in this life.
We develop certain affection to smell.
We get certain affection to certain types of food,
Taste,
Certain things we like to see,
Sight,
Certain things we love to feel,
Touch and certain things we love to hear,
Some type of music we love to hear.
Patanjali says if we just keep it like that,
We're going to have action and reaction through the body senses and elements.
We can create the reaction of pain from coming if we can transcend our elements,
Our organs,
The sense objects with love.
If we can tap into the unconditional love that's around us,
Recognizing your nose is given to you from unconditional love.
Your tongue is a gift of unconditional love from love.
The eyes unconditional love from love.
All these are beautiful gifts of unconditional love.
And when you can tap into that powerful unconditional love that's there because it's already within us,
We can then start to use the senses,
Spiritualize the senses with love and compassion.
We start to move away from our selfish actions,
Compassionate action.
We start to recognize that my gifts can liberate me if I tap into that unconditional love.
I want you to contemplate one of the most happiest experiences you ever had in this life.
Contemplate it and recognize you're going to,
You would have experienced it through one of these senses or maybe few of the senses and the elements.
And then I want you to contemplate another fellow human brother or sister who by their karma,
They don't have that sense working.
And because they didn't have that sense working in this life,
This incarnation,
Maybe they couldn't hear,
Maybe they couldn't see,
Maybe they couldn't smell.
They couldn't have had your experience.
So recognize your gift,
All your senses is a gift of unconditional love and never forget that.
And the more and more we can tap into that frequency,
We can then start to do all our activities from this higher place.
The forms that we see,
Our family members,
They are gifts of unconditional love to us.
Every food you eat can taste unconditional love.
Living from this platform allows us to stop the pain that's coming because we can purify our whole karmic domino.
The karma stops when we can uproot it when we have this love for God.
And love for God means it's not just love for God,
It means we do actions that express God's love,
Compassionate acts,
Selfless acts.
The eyelids closed,
I want you to gaze into the center of the eyebrows and see yourself doing an act of compassion in the near future.
And that just to help another living entity who might be of lesser,
Who in this karma they have a me,
And just do it out of pure love with no need for recognition.
Do it for the benefit of that living entity who's an extension of God.
No one has to know you're doing it.
Just from the heart space.
God in the heart knows.
Very good.
Let that visualization go.
And as you do this kind of meditation more and more,
That unconditional love with our family members,
Our spouse,
Our friends,
With the planet,
Is going to grow more and more and more.
For the next minute,
Just sit still and feel that unconditional love coming to you throughout all your senses.
The way you are living right now,
Scan your whole house,
Your whole lifestyle,
And recognize how this unconditional love is wrapping around you constantly.
The breath will have a little bit of peace.
Very good.
And take a deep inhalation.
Exhale slowly.
Move the fingers slowly.
Bring the palms to the heart.
And lower the head,
The brain,
To your higher self,
The Atma,
Spiritual being who's eternal,
Full of knowledge,
And who's naturally have this pure unconditional love inside.
And you recognize from time to time you will be controlled by the mode of passion,
That goodness and ignorance.
It's natural.
Try and raise your consciousness for that higher self more and more and more.
Namaste.
Lift the head and the eyes.
Thank you all so much for sharing your association.
It's nice to go through the sutras together,
Help each other to evolve.
