This guided breathwork journey weaves together four intentional breath patterns, guiding you into deeper presence, release, and remembrance. At the start of the audio, you’ll be gently guided through each pattern, creating a sacred container for what’s to unfold. With every inhale and exhale, you are invited to soften, surrender, and reconnect with the wisdom within your body. This is more than a practice, it’s a return home to your truth, your breath, your soul. Track: From Pixabay

Hello and welcome.

My name is Camila and I am so excited that you are here for this breathwork journey.

I'd like to point out a few things before we get started so that there's no surprises and you know what to expect.

Please make sure that your phone is on do not disturb or silenced and you choose a spot inside or outside that again you will be least disturbed in.

I encourage you to lie down however if you'd like to be seated feel free to be seated instead.

If you're using a pillow please make sure this pillow is not obstructing your airway passage or your throat.

Have a blanket close by because as the body moves into a parasympathetic state it is totally normal for the body to become cold.

Or as energy moves we may get very warm and hot.

You might receive tingling sensations in the body.

Maybe this energy releases in a form of a yawn,

Coughing,

Crying,

Laughing.

Every session is always different and I encourage you to stay open.

If you doze off or fall asleep then that's completely okay.

You are receiving exactly what you need from this breathwork journey.

Last but not least this doesn't always happen but if it does I want to mention it.

Tetany is when the hands clench up into these lobster claws and it's really hard to open them.

They feel as if they're stuck.

Do not fear.

Know that your natural breath is always available to you throughout the entire practice.

I also encourage any sort of humming,

Ohming or use of your voice to send vibrations and move the energy along.

Shaking the hands or at any point in time of your practice feel free to stretch and move energy however you intuitively feel.

I'll introduce the type of breath that we'll practice with so that you know what's coming up.

The first breath will just be a cleansing breath in through the nose with a sigh out.

So I invite you to try that.

A deep breath in through the nose,

Filling into the belly and all the spaces within you and sighing that breath out.

Your sigh can be audible and free to express however intuitively feels right.

The second breath that we'll work with is a top hold and as you inhale your breath all the way in hold your breath at the top.

Hold it.

Hold it.

Hold it.

And exhale it out.

I'll ask you to hold the top of your breath for as long as you possibly can.

Your exhale with a bottom breath,

Bottom hold meaning we inhale fully and go ahead and take a deep breath.

Exhale the breath fully and hold the bottom of your breath for as long as you can.

Only if and when you're ready can we take that deep breath in again and letting it go.

Our last and final breath will be a two-part inhale.

This is done through the mouth with a one-part exhale.

So we can practice that a few times.

In,

In through the mouth.

And an open mouth exhale.

This can be again done at your own pace and your own speed.

So for some of us it might sound a little more like this.

Or a little more like this.

So I invite you to experiment and to see what feels right for you and your body.

Know again that you can always come back to your natural breathing at any time.

As you settle into your space,

Take up all the space because you are here on this earth to take up space.

Any feelings of being small,

Allow your limbs to take up all the space.

Any stress that we're holding to soften.

This might be in your shoulders.

Feeling the shoulders naturally dropping slightly.

The body then sinking its weight into the support beneath you.

I'm really feeling that support because you are always,

Always supported.

Supported by your support team that we may not see.

Whether those may be your loved ones that have passed away.

Your higher divine.

Or any higher energy that you call upon and that you connect with.

Universe,

Source.

Connecting to the greater power.

A power that lies within you.

As you begin to center yourself into this moment.

Grounding yourself into the support and into the great mother beneath you.

And calling down upon the support above you.

And you are like a call from your heart space.

Shooting down,

Down your spine and down,

Down the root.

Down,

Down.

Rooting into the earth.

That light from your heart extends upward as well.

All the way up into the sky.

And into the universe and beyond.

Sense yourself rooted and connected to something so much greater than you.

As we soften the eyes if they are not already.

And we guide that awareness just behind the eyelid.

Noticing that space.

Softening all the little micro muscles in the face,

Around the eyes and behind the eyelids.

Take a beautiful breath in through the nose and that sigh.

Taking up all the space within your belly as that beautiful breath enters again.

In and a big sigh.

And it might come as a yawn.

Which is a beautiful form of release.

Letting out any sort of noise and really allowing for the nervous system to switch into that parasympathetic.

And a yawn is just a beautiful sign that our body is beginning to feel a little more safe.

So with a few more deep breaths of any energy that doesn't serve at this time.

Any heaviness that we may have gone through.

That's it.

Beautiful.

How we begin to slow the breathing.

With nowhere to be.

But just be here with your breath.

Feeling and sensing the connection to this life force energy.

The same breath that connects us to all the rest of our fellow humans on this earth.

Connecting us to the animals.

You are a child of the cosmos.

A child of this earth.

And there is nothing within you that did not come from nature.

As you connect with that deep sense of nature and space.

On your next inhale I invite you to take your breath to the very top.

And hold it.

Hold it for as long as you possibly can.

And a few seconds more.

Sensing all the sensations that are happening in the book.

Inhaling.

Inhaling.

Breath at our own pace and our own time.

Breath out.

Take another cleansing inhale.

Exhale.

Coming back to your natural breathing.

Into a top hold.

As you breathe into the top of your breath.

Hold your breath here for as long as you possibly can.
