This energizing meditation begins with grounding awareness and gentle gratitude before guiding you through three rounds of Breath of Fire to awaken your energy and release stagnation. As your breath deepens, you'll be led into a calming rhythm of mindful breathing, reconnecting with your body and the sensations of each inhale and exhale. The practice invites you to let go, clear space within, and anchor into the present moment. Ideal for resetting your energy and cultivating clarity, this meditation leaves you feeling refreshed, centered, and recharged.

Enter a comfortable position,

Ensuring your spine is relaxed yet elongated.

Your shoulders are relaxed,

And you can allow tension to release from your body.

Take a deep breath in and begin to notice your surroundings.

Feel gratitude for where you are in this moment.

And as you exhale,

Gently close your eyes,

Allowing yourself to fully arrive here.

We are going to do three rounds of 10 breath of fire breathing practices to clear out stuck energy and open new channels within.

Here we go.

Stop,

Take a deep breath in.

Exhale,

Empty it out.

Here we go again.

Stop,

Take a deep breath in.

Empty it out.

Last round.

Here you go.

You can do it.

Stop.

I want you to take a deep inhalation through your nose.

Feel the air fill your lungs.

Hold your breath for a moment.

And then release it slowly through your mouth.

Letting go of any tension that may have built up.

And then continue this deep breathing pattern.

Inhale through your nose.

Hold at the top.

And exhale through your mouth.

As you breathe,

Bring your attention to the sensations of breath.

Notice the coolness as you inhale and the warmth as you exhale.

Let each breath ground you into the present.

Allow any thoughts or distractions to fade away.

Now shift your focus to your breath's pathway.

Feel your breath traveling down the back of your throat,

Into your chest and abdomen.

With each inhalation,

Expand your chest and allow your belly to rise.

As you exhale,

Contract your abdomen,

Soften your shoulders and release your breath completely.

Let go,

Let go,

Let go.

Maintain a steady rhythm focusing on the rise and fall of your breath.

Anchor yourself to this moment and ground yourself in the here and now.

Take a few final deep breaths.

And then these last few moments allow yourself to appreciate the revitalizing energy you've cultivated.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Make your way back to where you are,

And bring this centered awareness into your surroundings.
