In this meditation, I will first guide you to find a comfortable position to practice in and begin to formulate a mantra, or positive affirmation, phrase, word, or poem that you want to use as your focal point during your awareness practice. We will take a quick body scan and then focus awareness on the chosen mantra, first repeating it out loud, then silently, then internalizing what I means to truly live your mantra.
