In this mindfulness practice, I will guide you through a gentle meditation to connect to your body. I will first ask you to identify a problem you are dealing with and want to let go of, then lead through an experience of the feelings that come up related to your problem, and how to use awareness of the breath to release these feelings. This practice can be done in any comfortable position, wherever you feel able to practice today.
