No Judgement. It is so important that we are able to sit in stillness with all our emotions. And even more important to not hold any judgement to them. To notice those thoughts, those emotions to help us understand ourselves more and know that not every day, every single minute, every second needs to be awesome. It is ok to be ok.

Hello,

Welcome.

No judgement.

When we take a moment to sit with ourselves,

And not judge,

Just accept the good,

The bad,

The beautiful,

The painful.

When we do this,

We get better at opening ourselves up to every moment.

Accepting that moment with our judgement or reactivity.

With meditation,

We can sit in the discomfort.

Being bored,

Fearful,

Achy,

Restless,

Distracted.

But we can choose to stay in stillness.

We can feel what we want to feel,

Even when we're not as okay as we wish to be.

We do not need to be happy about everything,

But we do need to be openly,

Face reality.

To sit,

To breathe,

Feel the sensation of each breath.

As you inhale,

As you exhale.

Notice the thoughts,

And focus back to your breath.

Bring to mind something you do not like about yourself.

What do you notice?

Do you feel uncomfortable?

Do you feel anxious?

Do you feel emotional?

Do you feel angry?

A sense of disappointment?

Or frustration?

You may feel you cannot fix it or change anything.

That is completely fine.

You have compassion for yourself.

You choose to stay in stillness.

As you inhale,

Exhale.

You're able to accept the whole of you.

You're able to feel all the emotions.

There is no judgment.

You are your own unique self.

Navigating life as best you can.

To know that no one has the right answers.

Every day brings new challenges,

New emotions,

New successes.

And it's being in the present and feeling is how we can navigate holding no judgment,

Allowing to feel,

Allowing to accept the good,

The bad,

The beautiful,

The painful.

Being bored,

Restless,

Distracted.

Whatever it may be,

Knowing that we,

That you,

Are growing,

Learning,

More and more about yourself,

Holding no judgment,

Being able to have compassion for yourself and lead each day as you wish.

Staying in stillness.

Following your breath in,

Following your breath out.

You are doing okay.

And okay is more than enough.

I have had a lot of self judgement over the past few days and it has resulted in guilt and worry. Some of he words and actions I have chosen have not been in alignment with how I choose to live. I then feel disappointment in myself for doing it. This has reminded me that everything is ok. Today is a new day. Thank you. Very much needed today.
