For many of us we celebrate the main dates in the year - birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, etc. We forget to celebrate the everyday. We rarely celebrate the 'whole of us'. So find a moment in your daily life. Find a comfortable seat, close your eyes and press play as you listen to this short meditation and celebrate All-of-You.

Hello everyone and welcome.

My name is Chetna,

Glad to have you.

So many of my meditations are fairly short.

There may be some space of quietness,

Of silence,

Of just background noise and as we come together,

Whether you are just taking a few minutes,

A few minutes out of your day,

Just reset and reconnect.

So wherever you may be,

Just find yourself being comfortable and gently close your eyes.

Just roll your shoulders up to your ears and shoulder blades down your back,

Finding an ease,

Space between the shoulders and your ears and slowly coming to the awareness of your breath and our conscious breath which brings us,

Hopefully keeps us in the present moment,

To quiet down the mind.

So today's meditation I've entitled Celebrate the Moment.

So as you settle,

Connecting to your breath,

Just feel where your body may be touching,

A surface,

The cushion,

The chair,

The floor,

The sofa.

Just noticing how it's being supported and allowing the breath to ground you,

Allowing the exhale to bring tender,

Loving care to your parts of the body that may feel tight,

Maybe holding tension.

You're not required to hold on to anything,

Giving yourself permission to let go.

Breathe in as you let go on your exhale.

Allow each breath to be a quiet celebration of life.

Sense and appreciate the stillness of being present in this moment,

Being present in celebrating all parts of you,

All the parts that make you whole,

The happy,

The sad,

The imperfections,

The perfections,

The hard lessons learnt,

The mistakes,

The growth,

The wins,

All the moments.

Throughout all the times you stayed,

You were brave enough to let go,

To breathe through the moments.

Your muscles in your face soften,

You feel content,

You smile,

You celebrate all parts of you.

This makes you whole.

You breathe in the present moment,

Celebrating the light and the dark,

Knowing that all of you is welcome here.

Celebrate your ability to think,

To find stillness,

Celebrate this space of being,

Feel the warmth of the love and appreciation inside and outside of you.

There is so much greatness in your life right now,

No matter whatever you're going through,

No matter how you may feel,

Know that you are surrounded by infinite blessings.

You're connected to it all,

You are a part of it all,

The body,

The local,

The global,

The universal,

The deeply spiritual,

This community,

This space.

As you breathe in,

Breathe out,

Being present in celebrating all parts of you,

All the parts that make you whole,

The happy,

The sad,

The imperfections,

The perfections,

The hard lessons learnt,

The mistakes,

The growth,

The wins,

All moments.

Celebrate all parts of you,

This makes you whole.

Feel the warmth of the love and appreciation inside and outside of you,

You are connected to it all,

You are a part of it all.

Taking a deep breath in,

All the way down to your belly,

And a slow exhale,

Taking a deep cleansing breath in,

Becoming aware of the sounds that surround you,

The sounds far away,

The sounds close by.

Breathing in this experience,

Breathing in life and vitality,

Feeling the sense of support and rootedness,

Feel a sense of oneness,

Feel a sense of completeness with yourself,

Feel a sense of completeness with your life,

Feel a sense of oneness with this community,

Celebrating all of you,

Celebrate the moment.
