Let's find that comfortable still place for our body.
If we're lying down we can let it all go if we're sitting up.
Let's have a nice tall spine so inhaling lengthening the spine a little bit then exhaling softening into our seat a little bit.
So there's plenty of room for our breath and our spine but we're also relaxed.
Now find our breath and take our attention inwards.
Take a few conscious breaths.
So when we think about healing it might be our body,
Our mind,
Something emotional or spiritual,
Any aspect we have we can influence these processes.
Our body is built itself and is capable of healing itself if we give it the right conditions.
So if we have ill health injuries we can help to speed their healing.
So let's take a couple of cleansing breaths.
So when we're ready to exhale we're gonna blow out the breath through slightly pursed lips,
Blow out as much breath as we can without discomfort.
Taking a deep full breath to fill the lungs as much as we can without discomfort and letting it go when we're ready.
Resetting our posture if we need to.
Hopefully we didn't make too much tension,
If we did we might want to try a bit less hard.
Try that again.
Exhaling as much as we can blowing out the air,
Inhaling through the nose when we're ready to fill the lungs with fresh air,
Fresh power and a fresh energy.
And relaxing once more,
Noticing how we feel after that.
So let's allow our body to relax a little bit more.
Keep the spine upright,
Head balanced on the top of the spine as best we can.
Lower body stable base,
Upper body hanging off our spine with as little effort as possible.
Allowing the muscles of the face to soften and the shoulders to soften.
A little bit relaxed,
A little bit dignified.
We are worthy of some dignity.
As we relax,
As we take natural comfortable breaths,
Let's know we're already starting to create the conditions for better healing.
In our stress state healing is not prioritized.
Physical,
Any type of repair is not a priority,
Biologically speaking.
In our relaxed state,
In our beta state,
Alpha state sorry.
Our rest and repair biology switches on,
Turns up and all those repair mechanisms come online.
Our molecule and cell repair systems come back online or turn up.
Our digestion gets more blood so it works better.
Our immune system gets more energy.
Even the blood flow in our brain changes so that more blood goes to the neocortex,
The decision-making part of the brain.
So relax and breathe.
I know that that's helping.
If there's chatter that's okay.
Just come back and come back and come back if necessary and if you can put down that frustration,
So much the better.
We're going to bring in forgiveness,
The energy of forgiveness here.
So if there's this is physical injury or difficulty we might have been cursing it for a long time.
Oh my stupid leg doesn't work properly,
Oh my eyes don't work properly.
We might be blaming ourselves for not looking after ourselves.
We might be blaming someone else.
Blame,
It's not our friend here.
Criticism not helpful,
Judgment not beneficial.
So let's notice if that's us.

Our mind,

So we've started on the road to releasing all criticism,
Judgment,
Disappointment,
Resentment.
It's a long road but we've started.
Hopefully specifically around this healing,
This issue we'd like to heal.
We're going to use a visualization now.
Imagine all those biological systems,
Whatever you imagine might be slightly different for each person.
But imagine your biology knitting together a wound,
Repairing tissues,
Maybe it's your immune system,
Maybe you're rewiring your brain.
Imagine it happening,
However you like.
Use your imagination whichever way feels right.
White blood cells.
Your body knows how to build itself,
It can certainly repair itself,
Even if that hasn't happened yet.
We don't need to know what the biology is doing,
We just know it's doing it.
Imagine it done.
The issue is better.
How does that feel?
What can we do now?
Let's feel really grateful that we're facing the direction of it being completed.
Can we actually get to the place where we can believe in our future self,
It's complete.
Feel the energy of that.
Returning our attention to the breath.
Comfortably naturally.
And we're going to think about the unlimited power in the living universe.
And with each in breath we allow that to enter our lungs,
Enter our body.
Inhale we breathe in the prana,
The chi.
Exhale it flows into our body tissues,
Each cell.
And then it starts to flow out into our energy field.
I don't feel we need a mechanism for doing this,
Just imagine it happening.
So now we're going to direct this universal energy,
The prana.
Let's place our hands on our heart center.
Breathe in,
The energy fills our heart center and it's glowing brightly.
Exhale,
The energy flows down our arms,
Out of our palms and at the moment it's flowing back into our heart center.
I'm forming this circuit.
The breath is still comfortable.
So let's place our hands whichever part of us we'd like to help heal.
Inhaling the prana flows into our heart center.
Exhale it flows along our arms,
Through our hands into whichever part of us needs some extra energy.
Imagine it assisting the healing.
If you can't reach it's just going to flow along your body to where it's needed.
Excuse me.
And there may be more than one place.
Inhale we draw the energy in.
Exhale it flows to where it's needed.
Let's rest a moment.
With the breath.
Relaxed and comfortable.
Visualize as best you can the layers of organization that make up your body.
Your mind is energy.
There's a universe at the bottom.
Atoms,
Molecules,
Cells,
Tissues,
Organs,
Systems,
Systems that work together to make a whole organism.
You are that living universe.
Universe within you.
When you speak to your body you speak with the voice of God.
And it's listening.
So be mindful of what you say to your body.
So my hand works badly.
It's listening.
So my hand has worked badly and it's now healing.
It's listening.
Taking a few more conscious breaths.
And we're going to slowly return to our regular waking state.
With a few deeper breaths.
Gradually starting to mobilize our body once more.
Starting to move gradually.
Having a little stretch.
And maybe we want to give part of us a little rub.
Offer it a bit more love,
Not less.
