Let's make ourselves comfortable then.
Finding that place our body can rest.
Our limbs at ease,
Knees,
Shoulders comfortable,
Feet planted if we can do that.
We'll take a few deeper breaths.
Straightening our spine as we inhale,
Getting a little bit taller.
Exhale softening.
A gentleman I watch on YouTube,
Infinite Waters,
He says breathing in that good ass prana baby.
So let's breathe it in.
It's not just air,
It's energy.
And then we'll bring our attention inwards.
And noticing how it feels to become still and quiet and settled.
Greeting ourselves in this moment.
With compassion starts with us.
So I invite you to draw energy into your centre as you inhale.
Imagining it fill your lungs.
Breath is still comfortable,
Not straining.
But we're imagining energy,
Power,
Light,
Love,
Truth,
However you want to frame it,
Imagine it filling your chest as you inhale.
And those breaths will be a little bit deeper but they're still comfortable.
And as we exhale,
That energy that we've drawn in,
It's going to fill us.
It's going to fill our physical body,
So it's flowing outwards from our centre.
To fill our physical body,
Our subtle bodies,
Our energy field.
Imagining that any way you like.
It's your process.
Inhaling energy flows in from the universe around you.
Exhaling it flows out to fill our being.
Again.
Becoming radiant,
Lighter.
A very portable process,
We could do this anywhere with a few breaths.
And as we become full of light,
Love,
Energy,
Power,
Truth,
It spills out,
Ripples out into the world around us.
And we can imagine that happening.
As we become a source of that light in the world.
Drawing it into the physical world,
Sharing it.
Our world needs light.
And today we're going to share that light,
Love,
Truth,
Energy,
Power,
Prana,
Oh maybe I'll pick one word.
We're going to share it with one person.
We're going to create compassion for that person and send them love.
So when you select the person you wish to send love to,
We choose carefully,
Honouring ourselves first.
So we may ask our inner self for guidance who that person might be.
Just ask,
See what happens.
Listening carefully for any clues from our intuition.
It may be that we address that very difficult person in our lives or it may be not the right day for that.
We might not have the energy.
I invite you to listen to your own guidance about who we offer our love to today.
Have compassion for yourself first.
And so having selected that person,
Let's draw them to mind.
Our interactions with them.
In their entirety.
They'll be good and bad here.
So if there's a lot that comes up,
Sit in your observer seat and notice it all.
Noticing how we felt when that thing happened.
And seeing if we can see it from their perspective.
Walking around and standing in their shoes.
As best we can.
Excuse me.
If that brings up difficult emotions for us,
Can we let it be difficult for us to see it from our perspective?
Just for a moment.
Oh that may have not been the best way to say that.
That was awkward.
So if we need to,
I hope I've said that right,
It's a very useful tool in this occasion.

Returning to their perspective.
Noticing how their pain,
Their wound,
Was driven actions we didn't like.
Their fear of being expressed in ways that were painful for us.
This can be very difficult.
So be gentle if it hurts and you can also congratulate yourself on having the courage try and put these fears down,
Try and process them and release them.
It really is very valuable work because if you can allow these fears to be processed and released you can be free of them.
And this is one technique that I have used successfully to allow healing with an individual.
It's all on your journey,
Having the courage and the knowledge that this will help you even if it's difficult in the short term.
So we feel their pain,
We know they act out because they're in pain.
Empathy.
Feeling uncomfortable and allowing it to be just for a moment.
They are suffering or they have suffered.
Yes I accept that as part of their journey.
Another ouch.
Take some breaths if it's awkward.
Yes they've suffered.
Good.
I invite you to notice as we consider the behavior of the other,
This person,
All the judgments that come up.
So still in our observer's seat we notice our reaction to that person,
To their behavior.
We probably have judgments.
Noticing them.
And then seeing if we can release them.
Using any method that we find effective for us,
Chucking them in the bin,
In the violet flame,
Burning them in a fire,
Floating away in a balloon,
Whatever works for you.
I choose to notice and not worry too much about my judgments,
That's my pain.
That's my wounding reacting to their wounding.
So I notice it all from this place of peace,
Openness and love.
The other cause of pain in us might be attachments.
So maybe we have big hopes and dreams for this person.
Maybe we think they should do something.
Can we notice that?
Can we release that?
So while it's wonderful to have these aspirations,
They are ours and it's not our life.
It's theirs.
And they have their own journey.
They have their own journey.
So in this place of just love for this person,
Let us offer them just love.
So we take those deeper breaths,
Breathing in the prana.
This time we can open our hands and imagine a ball of that light,
Love,
Energy forming.
It was our gift for this person.
So we draw the energy into us,
Into our centre and create this gift for them.
This ball of energy,
Light,
Joy,
Without condition.
So although we have preferences,
I urge you to give this gift without condition because when we look from the bigger picture we don't know what's inside their mind,
Their life.
Just give love.
It gives the very highest outcomes of joy,
Peace.
When that ball is ready,
Radiant,
It's going to float up.
And if we would like we can imagine it travelling to this person.
And they receive it unconsciously,
They receive our love.
And maybe they smile,
Their shoulders soften and they feel lighter.
Coming back to your own self.
Resting for a moment in the peace and the love and the light of your centre.
So so so.
And depending on your point of view that can either have been a purely imaginary exercise or you've actually given a gift of light,
Of love in the subtle world to this person.
Either way you have shifted maybe by a millimetre but with repetition you can genuinely shift your interactions with another person.
I can speak to that from experience of a work colleague that you find difficult upon meeting them.
Just express the wish that this person is another divine being with light within them.
Or that individual in your household,
A loved one who really triggers you,
You can shift that relationship with them too.
I speak from experience and I offer you a tool to improve those difficult relationships.
And I offer you my best wishes with that challenging,
Very worthwhile endeavour.
Noticing how you feel for doing it.
And so we prepare to leave this state of consciousness and return to our regular waking state of consciousness with a few deeper breaths,
Gradually bringing movement to the body.
Gradually moving the body,
Stretching gently.
There's no hurry.
