Once we have created compassion for ourselves, we are in a better position to feel compassion for another. Please be aware this practice can be challenging, particularly if they have caused a lot of pain in us, or we see them in a lot of pain. We draw light, love, and prana in and offer unconditional love to this person. We see their perspective and forgive our judgments. This is a tool to improve those difficult relationships.
