Gratitude has a surprising power in that it can make us feel immediately happier and more optimistic. In this Yin Yoga class, we will get in touch with feelings of gratitude for ourselves and the people around us. Give it a try, and see how the effects of practicing gratitude can affect your experience of life. The poses in this class are Cow-faced Arms in Reclined Butterfly, Open Wings & Anahatasana - find images of most on my website (see profile). Victoria's Yin Yoga classes are designed to release tension and bring presence to body & mind. Bring a bolster (or pillow), some blocks (or books) and a blanket. Please make sure to listen to your body during the class and if anything doesn’t feel right, come out of the pose and rest. Your body is your responsibility.
