Welcome to the yummy meditations with Hani,

Good morning,

This is Hani,

Here to bring to you another meditation about anxiety and letting your anxiety go.

Especially if you're finding yourself worrying,

Contemplating about decisions.

You're just thinking about things a lot more and letting it bog you down,

Pressure you more than necessary.

So whenever you're ready,

Let's jump in.

Before we begin I just want to also say as usual there's a lot more available on our website so you can check that out in our profile.

Alright,

Raise your arms to the top,

Stretch yourself out,

One arm holding the other arm turning one way,

Breathing in.

Other arm on the other side,

Pull it all the way to the top so both arms are facing to the top.

Turn your body to one side,

Breathing in and out,

In and out.

Let your breath go with a big sigh.

Move your arms to the back of your body,

Stretch that entire back out,

Breathing in.

Let it all go.

Palms facing upwards on your knees,

Back straight,

Vertebrae stacked on one top of another,

Shoulders down.

Loosen your neck a little bit,

Breathing in and out,

In and out.

Imagine gold and white light above your head.

This is your center,

The part of you that's connected to the universal light,

Universal self.

Part of you that knows there's nothing to worry about,

That you're free and has a sense of freedom that can really allow you to see all the present moments for you to see that miracles in every second.

So breathe that larger higher self into your body and as you exhale release everything into the ground that doesn't fit this.

Breathing in again,

Breathing in again.

Breathing in,

Releasing everything in your body that doesn't need to be in the present moment,

Everything about the future that you're worrying about,

Everything in the past.

Release it down into the center of the earth from a big white root.

Same time inviting blue and purple flames to surround you,

Cleansing you,

Going into every single cell in your body,

Clearing out any residual resistances to the present moment.

Heart,

Shoulders,

Back,

Stomach.

As you exhale let the fire burn through your body,

Really cleansing every single residual energy point.

It can support you but yet it's blocked so just burn those blocks away gently.

Breathing in white light let it flow through your body.

Healing every part of you that's been struggling,

Straining or whatever it is that you're feeling.

Breathe in that white light and as you exhale let it expand in your body and again breathe in.

Letting go of all the stresses of the day,

Anything you don't need to think about.

Letting it all go.

It doesn't belong in this moment with us and don't need to think about it now.

Release it,

Release it,

Release it,

Release it.

Breathing in and out.

Breathing in and out.

Breathing in and out.

Breathing in and out.

Letting go of every thought that you have or that's running through you,

Just breathe into that.

Let it all go into the mountains.

Imagine big mountains holding those thoughts and allowing them to be absorbed into the Mother Earth.

Breathing in peace,

Harmony.

Let gentle knowing that you're exactly on the right track,

Breathe in.

That there's nothing to worry about,

Nothing to think about.

And allow yourself to gently,

Gently step into the present moment.

Honoring all that is here for you in this particular moment and in every moment for the rest of your day.
