Good morning or good afternoon,

Welcome to another meditation with me and allowing yourself to find your seated position.

Stretching all your arms to the top and to the side,

Waking up your spine,

Noticing where in your body there's some tension,

Just allow yourself to move around it.

Taking deep breaths in and out as you prepare your body for some meditation.

You may allow your neck to rotate gently,

Making sure that you're super aware of where the tensions and the pains lie in your body.

Now that you're ready,

Allow your arms to fall to the side,

Shoulders down,

Vertebrae and spine stacked one on top of another,

Spine straight,

Palms facing upwards on your knees or your thighs,

Depending if you're kneeling or seated or cross-legged.

Allow yourself to slowly start breathing into the center of your belly and release.

As you release,

Allow your breath to elongate and sigh out naturally and if you ever get lost you can just follow the patterns of breathing.

Set your intention for today.

For a day of flow and abundance and action,

Inspired action,

And inhibited action,

Unstoppable action that's completely aligned to you.

Where are you right now in that,

From a scale of one to ten?

Maybe a two or three or four or something else,

Just take note of that.

Let's get started.

All right,

So imagine a golden white light surrounding you,

Pouring in from the skies above.

As you breathe in and allow your whole body to open up and receive this bright white light,

Golden fires flaming down from this light engulfing you,

Breathing that in.

This is your source,

Your inspired action,

All that you're supposed to do right now,

Right here today.

Cleansing energy,

Rejuvenating your body,

Your soul,

Your heart,

Your throat,

Your forehead,

Your crown,

Breathing that in.

As you release,

Allow everything that is no longer serving you,

No longer fun,

No longer in resonance with who you are,

To fall away.

Breathing that bright white light in again,

Same time enlightening and bringing in all the blue and purple flames all around you,

Protecting your bubble,

Blowing in and out and from every direction,

Top and bottom,

To your spirit.

Letting purple,

Blue and white light in.

Imagine it coming from all directions,

Every space and releasing everything that's stopping you from feeling this level of connection.

Allowing your focus to be in the back of your neck,

Your shoulder blades,

Bringing in huge blasts of energy and healing light into the back of your neck.

And your shoulder blades,

Breathing it all the way in there,

Putting your attention on that spot.

And with the exhale,

Allow that to expand and release.

Letting music.

Allow yourself to open up to more spaces within you that is in alignment and resonance.

Allow that flood of bright white light to go through your heart and your chest and travel down your back.

Breathing in and out deeply at your own pace.

Whenever any thought comes in just allow that to be released down the spine into the center of the earth.

Big fire pit letting it burn into ashes.

No thought is needed in this particular moment.

Letting any sounds that you hear to allow you to go in deeper and deeper within.

Releasing any movement in your body or your mind that these sounds of hope it might be an emotion it might be a little bit of irritability,

Annoyance,

Curiosity.

Let go of all of the things that it triggers and allow every piece of our time together today to let you see what else may arise what other thoughts may arise and allow that to slide down back into the center of the earth.

Let it be released.

Let it be released.

Let it be released.

Let it be released.

Let it be released.

Allowing yourself to point and to invite any and all resistances towards doing and being who you're meant to be today to come forth into the forefront of your intuition into your space in your mind's eye.

Breathing into those places in places where there may be resistance and may be block or may be holding you back from moving forward into your highest goals and highest service today.

Allow that to bring it forth anything that's going to allow you to procrastinate bring it forth breathe into it and allow that to be released in your exhale into a black ball in front of you.

Keep reaching in along your body's wisdom and innate intelligence to show you where that is as if you're drawing it out from different parts of you and your body or your energetic field into the black circle in front of you.

Allowing yourself to do this continuously until you feel like all of the resistance that is in fighting and in conflict with what you're here and meant to be doing today to rise and to release.

Keep reaching in along your body's wisdom and innate intelligence to show you where that is as if you're drawing it forth.

Keep reaching deep within all the parts that are stopping you that can be conscious or unconscious very deep within connect to those places any fears anxieties any worries any confusions any feelings of ah I just don't want to do any of this stuff or feelings of I don't know what's on my path just reach really deep in there and really get it out moving deep within and racing anytime there's a thought just breathe into it and release graduations that is no more than this for what I want to do now.
