Welcome to the yummy meditations with Hani,

Begin by stretching,
Raising your arms to the top and just reach out or reach across to stretch your arms and even reach to the back just so you can get that shoulder stretch in as you breathe in and as you relax allow your legs to fall into the ground and just imagine all that tension and soreness escape from the bottom of your feet to the center of the earth allowing your back to stack one on top of the other on top of your butt.
Hold one arm across of your body and allow that shoulder triceps stretch.
Breathing into that and release releasing all of the tensions and stresses of everything prior to this moment.
And then switch arms releasing everything in there too.
And you may stretch any other part of your body that you want.
You feel sore and as you breathe into that pay attention to the tension and as you exhale let it all go.
So three times on each side.
And the other side.
Warm up your spine a little bit.
By creating a C shape and then a U shape but as you go down just imagine it kind of making that shape one vertebrae at a time from the bottom to the top and then the top to the bottom.
So inhale make a curve concave shape and then exhale slowly come into a U convex shape.
And stick your butt all the way out and then curve back in inhale chin down and then U all the way out.
Chin out,
Chest out,
Stomach out.
And then in again butt in lower back in stomach in ribs in neck in chin down.
Feel that stretch and then other direction leading with your chin neck upper back ribs slowly open mid back lower back sacrum.
Do that on your own for a couple of breaths.
Warming up your spine.
The more aware you are of each portion of that back bend in and out the better it is to build awareness and body awareness for that part.
Whenever you're ready return back to center palms on your knees or thighs and we're getting really in and out with your shoulders down.
Make a couple circles with your neck just to loosen that area as well.
Whenever you feel tension just lean on it slightly and breathe into it and then as you exhale just lean a little bit further and always balance it out on the other side as well.
Now imagine a golden white light above your head.
This white light is coming down from more than 300 floors above you or even further 600 a thousand floors above.
It's a very strong column of light very bright very centered.
It shines right through you from the top of your head right through your body and your heart and right through to your bottom to the center of the earth.
This light symbolizes your biggest and most aligned and grounded and centered confident self.
The part of you that knows exactly how to be or who to be or what you are.
The one that embodies all of your true capabilities,
Strength,
Courage and a sense of ease and belief and trust.
I want you to breathe into that and allow yourself to really really calm and gently fall into that space.
Allowing every sound to bring you deeper and deeper breathing that all the way in and release everything out that doesn't resonate.
That resists it,
Just release it allowing any triggers in your mind or anything that has brought your tension away for a second or even that anything has is on your mind.
Just breathe into that and release it.
Allowing air to flow gently and easily through the back of your neck and your shoulders breathing into those parts.
Also notice if you're holding tension in your hips,
If you're leaning slightly forward or backward and relax those hips as well.
Finding that balance point on your spine to your seated position and as you exhale let that air flow through your legs and relax on your legs at the same time.
And again now throughout your arms let the arms relax.
Breathing into your arms again.
Now as you take the next five breaths allow everything else in your body,
Every other tension,
To invite them to the surface.
Then your exhale release the tension.
So as you inhale imagine drawing it all into your breath.
And then as you exhale imagine that going into a ball of blue and purple flames burning away.
Allowing everything that may stop you from your desired outcome to flow through the surface to be released.
Whether that is past pain,
Past disappointment,
Any and all past behaviors,
Past patterns,
Past ideas that no longer serve you in this condition,
In this situation.
Invite them to come forth,
Breathe into them and release them.
Into blue and purple flames in front of you.
And as you breathe and continue doing this process allow yourself to tune into any negative or hindering emotions that may arise for whatever reason with no judgment.
Allow them to come forth and really tune into them to really feel the full extent of them.
And then at the tip of it acknowledge and accept it and then exhale it.
So breathe into the biggest emotion that is stopping you from moving forward,
But is stopping you from moving forward strongly.
And as you breathe in allow it to grow and allow it to take away and take with it all the other related emotions just like a big swirl.
You you you you you for smoothly this week.
Just allow it to rise.
Anything in the past that may have disturbed you,
Anything that's even unrelatedly related,
Whatever that is,
This is your chance to invite it forth.
With your breath and really acknowledge it and let it go.
Whatever is ready to be let go of,
Please come forth.
Breathe it into the circle,
But thinking it on its way out,
Whatever purpose it had for you,
Whatever reason it had to be in you,
Thank you for its service.
You no longer need to hold on to it anymore.
You you you whatever feelings,
Whatever things,
You don't even have to be conscious of what it is,
But just allow your breath to find it by breathing in the vibrations of the drum and by breathing into your body.
Allow your breath to find those spots.
Whatever memories,
Whatever experiences in the past,
Whatever anxieties,
Whatever feelings that I can't do it,
So much responsibility,
Whatever doubts,
Whatever worries,
Just breathe into them and release it into the fire,
Blue and purple fire right in front of you,
Super big,
Super strong,
Bigger than a campfire,
Bigger than a bonfire.
Really cleanse yourself breathing in that fire and cleansing your entire body.
Whatever resistance is conscious and unconscious,
Let that fly through your body,
Burn through every tissue,
Every muscle,
Finding out anything that resists your ideal outcome,
Your desired outcome.
Let it penetrate through you and recognize whatever is holding you back and allow it all to be released slowly,
Effortlessly,
Like a stream collecting all the parts of the water coming out of your body.
Slide it out,
Breathing in the fire and let it go.
Whatever emotion,
Whatever disappointment in the past,
Breathe into that,
Let it go.
Now connect with another emotion that's stopping you,
Breathing into that and allow that to flow through.
Maybe it's worry,
Maybe it's pressure,
Self-pressure,
Breathing that in,
Needing to be perfect,
Needing to perform,
Needing to be so good and a hundred percent.
The idea of I can't do well unless I pressure myself.
If there's any other ideas that you have that you realize you don't really need in order to be strong,
In order to receive your desired outcome and be it,
Just breathe into those belief systems that are no longer serving.
Release them so you can free yourself from them so you can create more empowering belief systems.
Breathe into the tension,
Breathe into the thoughts,
Whatever showed up for you.
And exhale it into the fire.
Continuous breathing in and out,
Allowing a gentler soft part of you to rise.
If there's any acknowledgement for any other parts of you that wants acknowledgement,
Allow those feelings or those parts to rise and send it some love and some attention and some care.
So as you breathe that in,
Breathe in that gentle gratitude that you have for those other parts of you that are supporting you on these journeys,
In this journey itself.
And as you exhale expand that light within you,
Breathing in that golden white light again.
As you exhale expand it like you're filling up a balloon but so gently,
Allowing this light to flow into every corner of your being.
As you continuously breathe in and out and really really pump yourself full.
With this focus,
Gentle focused calm.
This gentle feeling of confidence.
Invite that in so open up the valves that connect you to the sense of gentle confidence but firmness in yourself and the strength and the courage to be exactly who you need to be.
To be able to stand for the mission that you have,
The projects that you're in,
The belief in your work,
The belief in your desires.
I want you to invite all the other levels of support that you may have on emotional and energetic perspective.
As you breathe in,
Invite all of the supportive ways in which you can receive the certainty and the energies of all of those who can help you.
Imagine if there were a person who could go through what you were going through and what you're about to go through.
Someone who could handle this situation flawlessly or not even flawlessly but in a way that is how you would want to be and how and which would resonate with your being and your truth.
Invite that energetic support into your circles around you so that in any given moment in time you can always tap into that.
Allow them to come forth if there's even a feeling that you would like.
Imagine that flowing into your body maybe it's a version of yourself 20 years in the future who's got this.
Then imagine that injecting into your shoulders,
Into your vocal cords,
Into your face,
Breathing that in.
Allow that being to invite them into your body.
The one who's already been through all the things you're going through.
The one that's already succeeded,
The one that's already learnt and integrated all the lessons that you need to learn and that are in the process of unfolding.
Allow that person that you in the future that has already done all of this at the best of their abilities and even excelled at most of it.
Breathe that in and see if it has a message for you,
She or he has a message for you.
Maybe some words of encouragement,
Maybe a feeling.
We share with you what it feels like to be totally confident in your abilities for things you haven't done before,
Things that you feel produce more confidence and invite that full feeling of confidence in your body for the next breath.
Let that expand and save that into your system.
Breathing that into your body as much as you can and see you can hold that in your body and hold that in yourself and just expand it as much as you can.
With every breath expand it by tenfold.
Every exhale expand it by tenfold.
Every breath inhale it at a larger volume and larger intensity.
Imagine your ten out of ten desired outcome running through your body and expand that fully into your body,
Into the size of your body,
Into the whole circle around you.
Receive that again and expand it.
Receiving that again,
That feeling of I'm unbeatable,
Unstoppable,
Integrity,
Inauthenticity,
That feeling of I am prepared for whatever is to come and I always have access to what I need,
To what lies before me.
I don't need to cower small,
I can stand strong.
Breathe into that feeling of strength,
That knowing that whatever you need we always have access to this confidence in this calmness to find the answer.
Trusting that whatever you need will show up in your life this week as you prepare for this day or this week so that you can absorb and process and integrate and receive whatever it is that you need.
So allow them to come from every channel even as an idea or as an insight whatever it is that you need just receive it and welcome,
Invite it in.
Maybe it's a piece of information,
Maybe it's a piece of connection,
Maybe it's an idea,
Maybe it's a feeling but whatever it is just open up your channels and allow that to flow to you from every direction this week.
Anything that can help you with your desired outcome say yes you're welcome to be here.
And as you breathe in suck it into your vicinity a little closer.
Draw it into your system closer and closer with each breath.
Imagining it being unlike all these different globes and spaces and dimensions.
And as you breathe in it's this pulling motion of drawing it all towards you anything that can help you.
And as you exhale allow that support to cover you and all of the places in your life that need that.
Maybe even to the group of people in the community that you're working with.
Maybe the team.
Send it all to them and allow them to be covered in it and whatever they can receive.
Maybe into your immediate circles,
The ones who need this the most.
That sense of trust,
Clarity,
Focus.
You uncertainty.
Fill your body up with that knowingness and that trust that you are perfectly fine and good the way you are.
You just have to take a step forward each and every day and everything that you do.
And allow this feeling to carry you through the rest of the day.
Doing everything you need in order to prepare or to run or to take action and all of the things that will get you closer and closer to your desired outcome.
So imagine you're taking those steps throughout your day in this state.
Doing the things you need to do.
Allow yourself to be the way that you need to be in order to be connected.
And imagine yourself with this attitude,
This feeling in this state.
Making the difference in your day and executing the things that you need to do in a gentle,
Natural,
Fluid way.
And watch everything in front of you be done.
Watch it slowly,
Slowly organize itself.
For me,
You may even breathe into it and breathe into that sense of organization and preparation and execution and fearless action that's aligned.
And breathe that into that day.
Fill that day up so that no matter what corner you turn,
You'll feel your breath from today as the day goes on.
That whatever came up,
Go and clear yourself out,
Receiving the 10 out of 10 outcome again.
And slowly and gently infuse that level of productivity,
Infuse that level of concentration,
Motivation and energy,
That gentle sense of momentum to create a ball of fire within you,
A glowing ball of blue and purple and orange fire.
Breathing within your heart,
Let it expand throughout your body into your fingers and your toes,
Breathing in,
Letting it spread throughout your body,
Activating your brain as well and your neck and your face.
And as you exhale,
Allow that to circle around and burst into the room.
Allow that again to now burst into the city,
Into the city and the country.
And again into this globe,
And into the solar system.
And into a place that never ends,
Infinity.
Up and down and all around you.
Go all the way around until you receive it again.
Receive that organization,
Receive that productivity,
Receive that center,
Receive that 10 out of 10.
Allow it to continuously flow through you throughout the day.
Receive that momentum,
Receive the ability to really get back on your tracks whenever you're off.
Always come back,
Always come back and receive that ability to be elastic.
The moment you notice you're off track,
Bounce right back into it and continue.
No dramas,
No worries.
Drama free,
Just come back.
Send a big white root down to the center of the earth to ground this,
All the way to the center of the earth.
And whenever you're ready,
Open your eyes and gently ground yourself,
Eyes open,
Breathe a couple breaths here.
So allow this energy to surround you even as you're seated,
Even as you're looking around and being back in the present moment.
Allowing yourself to be right here.
